While I have never had a bad experience at Michael's in general, I have never recieved this kind of customer service. She really went out of her way to ensure all my questions were answered and showed me samples. She ensured I was satisfied and all my questions were answered before she moved on to help someone else. In my opinion her work ethic should be considered the standard. I'd like to congratulate Michael's on having such an outstanding employee she should definitely be commended if not promoted.
