Artistic Blooms (Adam) was incredible for our wedding. With his help, the wedding had incredibly beautiful floral designs and flowers throughout. Adam was a huge help during the planning process and provided many tips and suggestions that ultimately led to the perfect final product. His prices were fair and reasonable. The ultimate effect was so much more than just flowers - it was an ambiance that elevated the reception. In contrast to the exact "feel" I knew I wanted for the decor, I really wasn't sure what I was looking for for the bridal party - Adam gave great suggestions that ended up looking amazing - I never would have thought to use bright pink as an accent - but they bright bridesmaids bouquets and boutonnieres popped against the dresses in photos! We met Adam through a mutual friend for our wedding this past September. From the moment we met him, he has been amazing! Wedding planning itself can be a lot but working with him was care free. He listened to what we had in mind and brought elegance and masculinity to our big day. He even worked with our DJ on what uplighting color would work best. He is so detailed, he even had pictures of my dress and the bridesmaids dresses to make sure everything coordinated. Not only do we admire his talent but we admire him. You guys....I had the BEST flowers I've ever seen for my wedding and Adam Havrilla did them! In our initial (and only) meeting before the wedding, I met him at his studio. Once we talked about what kind of look I was envisioning, he showed me examples of flowers and color combinations that were exactly what I wanted! He offered to show me a prototype but it wasn't needed. I've seen his work before and knew that the finished product would be amazing and I preferred to be surprised the day of. And surprised I was. The centerpieces, boutonnieres, and bouquets were more beautiful than I could've ever imagined! I'm still receiving compliments on them! THANK YOU SO MUCH, Adam!! read more

Loved our experience with Adam and Artistic Blooms! I was certainly not your typical bride and gave Adam little to work with beyond colors and a general theme. What he managed to do with the little I gave him was amazing. Our flowers for our wedding weren't the front runner for my attention (very picky eater so food was at the top!) but they turned out gorgeous and happened to be some of my favorite background photos. To top it all off, my mother and new MIL wanted to wear a wrist corsage and he made them a beautiful bracelet instead of using that itchy wristband. If there is anything two lesbians need when planning a wedding it is a florist with an eye for design. Adam installed gorgeous hanging candles in our venue at the Bridgeport Art Center, provided aMazing flowers for the ceremony and reception, and most of all talked us through details of our day that had never occurred to us but helped make our night more incredible than we could have imagined- both visually and emotionally. As if that wasn't enough he was very sweet and accommodating throughout the whole process.
