I just got my second tattoo today. This experience was WAY superior to my experience with my first…read moretattoo. I got tattooed by Steve, and it was a pleasure! He's really funny and a great guy. He told me he has 16 years of experience, which makes sense! He also helped me get through the process (as the ankle was more painful than I thought). He was concerned and always checking on me. I am incredibly happy with his work and I will be coming back when I want to get tattooed again. Also, general good things to know: the shop is very clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and are hilarious. They require a deposit, which is a good sign; it makes people keep their appointments! Steve gave me a sample of Aquaphor and an aftercare instruction sheet afterwards. He also wrapped my tattoo up very well. If you're going to get a tattoo, PLEASE consider one sixteen!!

He gave me a quote for the work I wanted done, I responded in less than 5 minutes asking which days he had available, and he never responded to that. Pretty crazy people do business like that these days... it must be this new generation... I'm from the old school lol. Anyhow thanks to Instagram there are many other talented tattoos artists to be located. Even taking a trip to LA is worth it for some ink these days. They got skills down there. Meet Bobby, an artist at the Lodi/ Manteca location(s) he seems to be very mentally unstable when you decide you don't want to continue doing business with him. If you do decide to get a tattoo by Bobby Allen make sure you watch his hygiene routine because he never washes his hands and thinks that after a smoke break just putting gloves over his dirty hands is sanitary & legal. I have filed a legal complaint with the health department against his hygiene practices.

We expected the jewelry to have enough room to accommodate swelling after the piercing. Overall, the experience was positive, but I hope the shop is more careful when selecting jewelry sizes for oral piercings to help prevent this from happening to others.
