Gonna get deep for a moment. Scheduled with Tony and booked months in advance. Were there other artists available sooner, yes. But Tony is booked so far out because his work speaks for itself. The day came and we both sat down working through the creative process for hours. Tony has the eye. He can look at your skin and envision the story play out. He listens but is also very candid with advice. Had we went with my original idea, I would look like some typical spring break douche bag with ink that doesn't speak to the person wearing it. Instead, we worked together and created a piece that I can look at a derive motivation. It's art. Tony makes you feel like you have been life long friends. The time in the chair flies by and his work with the gun is cathartic. Would I recommend him? Hell yeah. After that first visit, I knew right then no one could be trusted telling my story. read more

This place is unlike any tattoo shop I have ever gone to. No foul language, no obscene pictures hanging. It's a place I could bring my grandmother. Completely professional. I was lucky enough to have an appointment with Mike on a short notice for a cover up I've been needing badly for the last few years. The place was clean and easy to find. The decor is gorgeous and makes for a great ambience. I was there 3-4 hours no breaks and Mike was incredible! He had the lightest hand I've encountered and accommodated me throughout. I asked my friends and family on Instagram for a tattoo shop recommendation and Speakeasy Tattoo showed up more than once. I reached out to Tony Silva through IG and he referred me to Mike Conner since he was booked the whole year. I had my first session with Mike last Saturday, and the entire process was easy from start to finish. Mike was professional and very accommodating. The room temperature was nice and cool and it was comfortable to sit in for hours at a time. Watched Netflix on the big TV there, talked about movies and TV shows with Mike while he worked, and overall had a very pleasant experience. The sketch Mike made was leagues above my previous artist with regard to detail and line quality, and the finished product looked even better. I look forward to working with Mike in the future and am excited to see the piece completed. All in all, I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to get ink work done.
