Hed had to re-hang each gate to get them level and added 6 HD spring loaded wheels, to keep them supported AND so they will last a long time, with his repair. During his repair, I also asked for a quote for about 40 feet of missing privacy fence. He quoted it and even brought the quote down, to help me financially and that I was a return customer. So for everything above, his total was $2200. A price no other contractor came close too!! He finished the gate project in 2 days and the new fence in 1 day, his men stayed until the fence replacement was finished and left close to 8pm! They returned the next day for clean-up amd removal of all the old fencing. He even replaced about 6, 8ft long pickets that were broken from a fallen tree. Outstanding work and I already have 2 new jobs, scheduled in the future, some additional interior sheetrock and paint and to resurface my backyard deck. There is no need for me to even look around for another contractor, as Geovanny and his crews to great work!! If I can edit this review tomorrow, I will add the "repair" photos, I only have the "before" photos now.

In back, I noticed our spigot was loose so I opened a small section of the Hardie board and noticed wood rot underneath. Yikes! Similar issue near the bathroom pop out window. I contacted Cornerstone Cowboys for an estimate via Yelp and Carlos responded quickly. Carlos, Jesus and Rosie came out the next day to take a look at our issues and to come up with a game plan. I was sent the estimate and gave them the go ahead. Jesus arrived bright and early to start and the job finished in a reasonable time. The areas that were fixed look FANTASTIC. P.S. Carlos, Jesus and Rosie were super friendly. The one thing we wish we had was a little more clarification with the pricing/estimate prior to signing it. I had asked questions and thought we were all on the same page. Unfortunately, there were added expenses that my husband and I thought were included that weren't and we had to pay extra. Regardless, we are happy with the work that was done and would definitely consider working with Cornerstone Cowboys. Next time we will need things on the estimate broken down more and any and all clarifications be made prior to starting. Thank you Cornerstone Cowboys.

When he promised the finished product would match with the other fence he wasn't exaggerating! His team took the time and care to take down the bricks from the falling fence 1 by 1 to ensure it could be reused, since the brick was discontinued, we were so impressed by them. There was an accidental pipe burst during the construction, but Jorge's team took care of it as soon as they can find the parts. Overall we were happy with their service and would give them a 10/10 with the finish product!

Kevin McGrath and his entire team did an excellent job from beginning to end. He responded to my initial request for a quote within an hour and set an appointment and showed up on time. He had a quote back to me within hours. I requested quotes from five other builders, one never called me back one schedule appointment but never showed and three came out to do a walk over to provide a quote. One quote was more expensive by a third the other was competitive but took three days to provide me the pricing after I had to request two additional times and one to this day still hasn't provided a quote, I guess there is such a thing as having too much business. The competitive bid and the absolute excellence in customer service Kevin showed is the reason I went with him. The results I got in my product is second to none.
