I'm sharing this to be honest about my experience and to caution others before hiring…read more At first, Charles came across very friendly and professional, which is why I chose to work with him. He also emphasized that he was the "cheapest," which initially seemed like a benefit -- but unfortunately, the quality of work reflects that. The fence installation was not completed to a professional standard. There is inconsistent spacing between pickets, visible gaps in areas that were supposed to provide privacy, and multiple sections that appear patched together with random pieces instead of being installed cleanly and uniformly. There is also a significant gap under the fence that was never addressed, which should have been handled during installation. In addition, debris and trash were left behind outside the fence, and the job site was not cleaned up. Items that were discussed and agreed on -- including the top border trim -- were not completed. I was told these items would be finished and waited for a follow-up visit, but after most of the payment had already been made, the remaining work was not completed. When I raised concerns, communication became dismissive, and instead of addressing the quality issues, I was told to hire someone else. Overall, the work feels rushed and unfinished, and I will need to hire someone else to correct and complete it. If you're considering hiring, I strongly recommend confirming all details in writing, holding final payment until everything is fully completed, and closely reviewing the quality of work. I've included photos so you can see the results for yourself.

All other companies required scheduled consultation which didn't work out for me. Bryan showed up early on the day of The project with all the materials and ready to go. I originally had apprehension awarding the project to a new company with very few reviews but I am glad I took that chance as HEP / Brian despite being relatively new is an experienced, honest small business that charges a fair price, and does quality work (I've had a few poor fence jobs before). lastly, the project was completed to my complete satisfaction and with attention to detail. I would not hesitate to call upon Brian for future projects.
