I couldn't have asked for a better website...and their ability to effectively communicate is what really impressed me. After one meeting, they knew exactly our needs as a company and knew how to deliver what we wanted. What I really liked most was their "CAN-DO" and "OPEN MINDED" approach to real problem solving. I think this is what allows them to embrace creativity. For anyone looking for help with their marketing needs, do yourself a favor and at least give Jacob or Tim a call...two true class acts. I looked around for local places to print a banner on Monday, they got back to me the same day. I submitted the artwork Wednesday morning and it was finished by Thursday afternoon. I'm sure it could have been done faster, but they unfortunately do not accept American Express. So it was delayed until I found another method of payment. Once I arrived they showed my how to use the retractable banner and even let me keep the other banner they printed that had a small smudge on it from the first print for free! Retractable banner also comes with a carrying bag, which is great. Could have been 5 stars, but they don't accept American Express. Which is inconvenient considering that many business' company card is an AmEx. The location was a bit of a drive from central Houston as well. Hopefully they open up another location closer to the Galleria!
