Great customer service! Kenna and Larry are so easy to work with and the print job came out so…read moreamazing and professional. The service was also very timely. I looked around for local places to print a banner on Monday, they got back to me the same day. I submitted the artwork Wednesday morning and it was finished by Thursday afternoon. I'm sure it could have been done faster, but they unfortunately do not accept American Express. So it was delayed until I found another method of payment. Once I arrived they showed my how to use the retractable banner and even let me keep the other banner they printed that had a small smudge on it from the first print for free! Retractable banner also comes with a carrying bag, which is great. Could have been 5 stars, but they don't accept American Express. Which is inconvenient considering that many business' company card is an AmEx. The location was a bit of a drive from central Houston as well. Hopefully they open up another location closer to the Galleria!
