I had a fence built enclosing my whole yard as well as replacing my neighbors gate. Part of my fence was not straight. I complained and Kevin said that was the only way to do it because my yard wasn't even. Then they never came back to replace the neighbors gates. I had to hire another fence company and they leveled the fence perfectly and installed the neighbors gate. Wouldn't recommended them!!!! read more

I believe when somebody does a poor job, it's important for us as consumers to warn others. I also believe when somebody does an excellent job, it's just as important to let people know about people they can trust. Kevin McGrath and his entire team did an excellent job from beginning to end. He responded to my initial request for a quote within an hour and set an appointment and showed up on time. He had a quote back to me within hours. I requested quotes from five other builders, one never called me back one schedule appointment but never showed and three came out to do a walk over to provide a quote. One quote was more expensive by a third the other was competitive but took three days to provide me the pricing after I had to request two additional times and one to this day still hasn't provided a quote, I guess there is such a thing as having too much business. The competitive bid and the absolute excellence in customer service Kevin showed is the reason I went with him. The results I got in my product is second to none. My covered patio turned out better than I could have a dreamed. On time and on budget! read more

I would not recommend this company at ALL! They missed the first appointment. They showed up the next day, walked the property to give us a quote and never sent the quote or called to say they would not bid. Terrible customer service. Thank you! Veronica read more

We recently got a fence install and it was fantastic experience from start to finish. We first called to schedule someone to come out to get an estimate, they were on time, friendly, and answered all our questions. The install took 2 days and the guys doing the work were friendly and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this local company. read more

Seems like a real nice guy, locally owned business who are usually try to support. He came out to give me an estimate and I never received the email with his bid for me to even consider. I followed up via text a few days later, he told me he had been extremely busy and would give it to me that night. Again I never received the estimate. I let a few weeks go by because I was saving money up for the job; I called him back to find out if he could send it to me he said he would resend it to me and again I never received the bid. A customer going out of their way three times to try to get someone to take their business I think is going above and beyond my responsibility as a customer. read more

We contacted this company while my 91 year old aunt was in the hospital. We wanted the two front sides enclosed on her backyard. Joanna was so kind, gracious, and engaged during the entire process. Because of all the rains and flooding we had to have the date moved a few times, but she kept us completely informed and gave us contingencies depending on whether it did or didn't rain. When the ground was finally dry enough to do an excellent job the owner came himself to install the two short fences and gates. What an incredible job...we've had numerous people comment on what excellent fences. My cousin thought there would be a shortcut used, because of how the next door neighbor's side fence was shorter than her house went back, but no shortcuts for this company...they build it in such a way that there would never be a question about property lines, and beyond our imagination. And, a few days later they called, even though they'd been fully paid, to make sure we were still happy or if we needed anything else done on the fences! I will tell everyone about this amazing, honest company. What a pleasure dealing with them and all the people associated with Custom Builds Construction!!! read more

We had these guys come out to build our deck, and were beyond impressed with the work they did. From the materials they used, to their craftsmanship and work ethic, everything was top notch! It was super simple to schedule a time for them to come out and give us an estimate, and they were very responsive (and patient) to all of my questions. They even worked through the rain and finished the job ahead of schedule. I honestly can't say enough good things about this company! read more
