He admitted they didn't secure the post deep enough in the ground. They came back to repair but charged me more money and a few months later it came back down. Still did not extend the post as promised. Third time he patched up some of the fence all while cutting a wire to my gazebo, that he said he didn't do . When they finally came back after waiting several months my fence is still leaning , concrete all over my yard, lose nails, boards not lining up and no repair to the cut wire. I reached out to him with no return call. Stay away from this company, different workers each time, and the quality is not worth the price you will have to pay.

Great job, timely and professional. They had great communication and took care of my fence quickly.read more

It's not…read moremy style and I do not want to tear any company down based on bad service, but when no service was rendered and you steal, you cross the line. Allow me to explain: After Hurricane Beryl, there were many fences that were destroyed-ours being one of them. Our neighbor recommended this company. We got a quote, worked with neighbors that share a fence with us a put down the deposit of nearly $8000....(We understand now this is way too much to ask upfront, but when your neighbor recommends them it holds weight) Brian King was very responsive for about a month. Kept pushing back the date due to supply and demand. Made sense at the time given the catastrophe that happened to nearly every fence in a 40 mile (if not more) radius. Then, nothing. He would not return my husband's calls, stop responding to texts, and no one would answer the office phone provided on the quote. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe something happened to him, which we sent in the final text from my husband's phone. He did his research, their website looks legit, https://www.all-profence.com and they came highly recommended from a neighbor. We filed a dispute with our credit card company in hopes to get our money back. Meanwhile, the more I ruminated on this, the angrier I got. So what do I?? I didn't get a second degree in psychology for no reason. I'm putting it to practice. Stay with me, it gets good... I went to their office today. There are office buildings in the location provided on the estimate; however, I was told they have a "virtual office" because they were dropped months ago due to complaints such as ours (this is really what lit the fire in me). The lady was very nice and empathic. Gave me her contact info in case this results in a law suit we can contact her once we get a court order. I tried to call Brian King from my phone. No answer. (Cue the psychology degree) I decide to follow up with a text from my phone posing as a future client. After the first text he immediately called me. I didn't hold back and the minute he realized why I was calling, he hung up and blocked my number. For documentation purposes, I followed up with another text. I also texted the second message from a different phone so I know he received it. SPREAD THE WORD!!!! If anyone has news connects, this guy and company need to be held accountable!!! I found their site on Facebook and found several other reviews about Brian and his wife Stephanie. We aren't the only ones!!! Once I commented that it happened to be as well, they've now blocked me from their Facebook page and deleted the bad reviews. I took a screenshot before they deleted them from their reviews. He's on tik tok with his business. He does just enough to be "highly recommended" Then steals people's money. Please help us FIND HIM!!!

Kevin McGrath and his entire team did an excellent job from beginning to end. He responded to my initial request for a quote within an hour and set an appointment and showed up on time. He had a quote back to me within hours. I requested quotes from five other builders, one never called me back one schedule appointment but never showed and three came out to do a walk over to provide a quote. One quote was more expensive by a third the other was competitive but took three days to provide me the pricing after I had to request two additional times and one to this day still hasn't provided a quote, I guess there is such a thing as having too much business. The competitive bid and the absolute excellence in customer service Kevin showed is the reason I went with him. The results I got in my product is second to none. My covered patio turned out better than I could have a dreamed. On time and on budget!
