I took a chance with this unrated company. If I had it to do over again, I would have gone with…read moreanother company. I hired him to do some wall repairs and repaint my 1400 sq ft, 3bd, 2ba home. He responded quickly, gave a pretty fair quote, and was able to do the job quickly. He did a ok job on the repairs and paint. He did ask for money for supplies up front and miscalculated then asked for more. He worked quickly and was pretty responsive on text. However, they removed a lot of hardware (towel bars, etc) and didn't put them back after...just left them all over the place. They also broke the blinds on a middle section of a 3 frame window and just left them. When I asked about it, he ignored me. There's also paint on my cabinets and floors where it shouldn't be. Ok, that was the paint job. I also asked if he knew anyone who could do some carpet. He said he did and quoted a fair price and promised to take full responsibility for the work. The carpet install looks good...however...they left the old carpet and trash on my curb. I'm going to have to pay someone to remove it because it's a mess that the regular garbage men won't take and it's been sitting on my grass for a couple weeks. They also broke my doorknob and I had to pay to have it replaced. All I asked was for him to get the carpet trash removed but now he's unresponsive. Despite dealing with their own hurricane hardships, my fence was replaced promptly and professionally. My neighbor called to ask for their number so he could replace the other sides of his fence and refer Madera to a friend as well. The crew came and left quietly and without much chit chat and an invoice was sent after the work was done. 20ft of elevated fencing and cemented posts were replaced in approx 2 hours.
