I'm sharing this to be honest about my experience and to caution others before hiring…read more At first, Charles came across very friendly and professional, which is why I chose to work with him. He also emphasized that he was the "cheapest," which initially seemed like a benefit -- but unfortunately, the quality of work reflects that. The fence installation was not completed to a professional standard. There is inconsistent spacing between pickets, visible gaps in areas that were supposed to provide privacy, and multiple sections that appear patched together with random pieces instead of being installed cleanly and uniformly. There is also a significant gap under the fence that was never addressed, which should have been handled during installation. In addition, debris and trash were left behind outside the fence, and the job site was not cleaned up. Items that were discussed and agreed on -- including the top border trim -- were not completed. I was told these items would be finished and waited for a follow-up visit, but after most of the payment had already been made, the remaining work was not completed. When I raised concerns, communication became dismissive, and instead of addressing the quality issues, I was told to hire someone else. Overall, the work feels rushed and unfinished, and I will need to hire someone else to correct and complete it. If you're considering hiring, I strongly recommend confirming all details in writing, holding final payment until everything is fully completed, and closely reviewing the quality of work. I've included photos so you can see the results for yourself.

Dean was great to work with, responsive, and provided timely updates as to when they would be able to come out and get the work done. Communication was 10/10. They had to schedule us out a bit to get the work done, but we didn't mind as fences were down all over the city due after the storm. They dropped off the fence materials the day prior, and got all work done within the expected time frame. Used quality cedar, that looks way better than the stuff my neighbor's 'guy' used. You can see the difference. Amazing work, will definitely use again.

One... the fence was not level with the gate and two... when you close the gate it sags to the point where it hits and does not self close. I contacted Dean regarding this and he stated they would come out that week to take a look. They never came and after almost two months of trying to contact them, I have given up. I have emailed, texted, called, and left messages but they refuse to answer. Really sad because I would have given them a very good review initially and probably recommended them to friends and clients. I would not recommend them. Thanks - paul

After approximately one month we hired them again for an additional gate with a lock and to install a new wood deck. After 2 months there began to be noticeable issues with the deck. There was a cupping issue were the boards were turning in and all the boards seemed to be too close together. I arrempted to contact the owner, Brady, and he was dismissive saying there was no way this could be occurring. There was also a ledge by my door that was a trip hazard. I have to keep a doormat over it so there isn't a tripping issue. I forwarded pictures and he still did not want to address my concerns. I am attaching pictures to this review so the multitude of issues can be seen. I would not recommend this company due to the unprofessional service when there is an issue.

The fence was installed in a very professional manner. They provided me with some good advice on the height and how I should install my gate. They recommended a gate beside my driveway gate. This has allowed easy access to put my trash out and allow package delivery. Their work was very neat and the driveway gate operates very nice. They arrived on time and completed the job on schedule Above all their prices were very reasonable. I shopped extensively for estimates. They were below all others.

Alex explained to me what he was going to do and when, kept me in the loop at every step. Also he did an aluminum front gate for my dogs, now I don't have to worry about my dogs going up front!!!! He left everything clean as if that fence had always been there. It's important to mention that I have an customized 8' fence, everyone I called told me that it had to be special ordered and that I was looking at least 4 to 6 weeks to get my order delivered. Oh, and the price tag, I could've bought a new car with the price!!! Alex and his crew came to my house on Monday, gave me the estimate Monday night, I agreed, he ordered. Thursday all material was at my house, Friday before I got home from work the fence was done. Saturday he did the front gates and hauled all the old fence off at no charge. His price was way, way, way less than the other two companies and warranty! That was excellent five star service and no BS. I give his card to all my friends at work and everyone who asks how tall is my fence when they see it! If you need to get your fence done, without a doubt, this is the company to do it!!!
