This bakery, while very plain and ordinary looking, is quite fantastic. All the bread, buns, cookies, pies, and brownies are freshly prepared here. You can also purchase things like meat pies, gelato, pop, soup, local honeycomb, and helium balloons. They typically have a lunch special during the week. I recently had their squash soup with carrots and red pepper and it was so delightfully good. I've seen options such as meat pies, sausage rolls, and sausage on a bun as well. My personal favourite is their triple chocolate brownie with milk, dark, and white chocolate chunks on top. They have various other brownies, squares, and goodies for purchase as well. You can buy one brownie, or a whole pan, whatever suits your needs. Their prices are very inexpensive for what you get. A huge brownie costs $0.75, and a large bowl of soup and a bun is $2.75. Keep in mind the next time you visit, they only accept cash and Canadian Tire money (which really comes in handy when you need your next sugar fix and you forget your wallet at home).
