On my recent visit, the counter man who helped me was very professional and polite, and had me on my way quickly with the parts I needed. The business is located in a strip plaza, across from the Greenville Post Office. In addition to a supply counter for plumbing and heating tradesmen, they feature a plumbing fixtures showroom (which is not adjacent, but a few doors down). It is perhaps the nicest-looking exterior of any plumbing supply company that I've ever visited. Also, this supply house is, to my knowledge, the only one in Rhode Island that deals with Triangle Tube and Laars Endurance heating systems. Due to its sharing a parking lot with the post office and other businesses, getting in and out of here can be tricky, so I deducted a star for that reason alone.

Not only did Fred come out that night, but we had a new furnace installed by Tuesday afternoon!
