He proceeded to repair the pipe working with a contractor to fix my wall. He was pleasant, easy to talk to, explained everything and calmed me down that night. He is extremely reliable and top notch quality work. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

They already came highly recommended, but when I reached out, they were SO nice. They came out as quickly as they could (most companies told me 2-3 weeks!) but they called me several times to give me updates as to whether they could try to get to me even sooner than my scheduled appointment which was only 1 day after I called! Joe and Corey were truly amazing - firstly, they were incredibly communicative about their ETA. When they arrived, they did a thorough diagnosis of the HVAC unit and even took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and why. They took care of the issue with ease and made a lot of recommendations to prevent future damage. They also offered to look at some of the other AC parts and my AC filter just to make sure I was maintaining everything properly - a service they did not need to do or take more time for. They ended up staying just chatting about best practices and were just about the friendliest repair people I have ever dealt with. I own two properties and have been through SO many bad or iffy contractors and repair people so it's such a relief to find reliable and high quality service providers. I will use Fong and Sullivan every time I have an issue and cannot recommend Joe and Corey enough.

As you can all see, this guy doesn't accept feedback worth anything. One of the complaints I had…read morewas that his pricing was absurd. $750.00 for the installation of 2 thermostats, a ring video doorbell and a garbage disposal that I had already purchased the items for and would likely take him a whole 3 hours to do is ridiculous. I did not respond to his feedback because I did not feel that it warranted a response however I don't take too well to what is essentially him calling me a liar. I ended up doing the thermostats and doorbell myself, and got the wiring done for the garbage disposal from another electrician which cost me a whopping $150.00. Also... Distance to and from my house is irrelevant when you chose to come out that way and clearly have my house located in the area you serve. Anyone reading this please save yourself the trouble and do NOT contact this guy. Within minutes of posting this update to the review I received this message from him - 8/6/2021, 4:07 PM Alan J. It is absolutely true that you get what you pay for and I am always very happy with his work and I have never had to have him come back to repair a job he did (which I have had to do with other plumbers in the area!) - although once I did have him repair a job another plumber did when I made the mistake of hiring someone just because he quoted me a cheaper price. Whatever the situation is, whether it's a new job, or one he's aware I had initially hired someone else to do, he has always been professional and pleasant. Really, I will never use another plumber; no one else compares. I have not one complaint for the years worth of work he has done for me and honestly I could rave on and on. The owner can seem a little gruff at first, but he (the owner, Steve) is genuinely a really great guy and is more than willing to in-depth explain every detail of what he does, so at the end of the day, you know you both have someone extremely knowledgable about what he is doing and who is willing to explain each step (and you know exactly what you're paying for!). I would and have recommended this plumbing service to anyone who's looking for a great plumber!!
