But suddenly they had a new policy that they would not make any purchases because supposedly another client was unhappy with a prior purchase. They refused to listen when I told them I didn't care what they purchased, and Chris never bothered to respond to my email. Needless to say, we immediately hired another plumber who came right out (after purchasing the part) and did a great job, and this was our last attempt to work with Belli.

During an emergency created by the owner's negligence, during a refurbish project for her unit, two…read morewater leaks came from her unit into our bathroom! The condo management called G & L, when another was unavailable. Boy were we happy! The other plumbing company, were used in the past and were unsatisfied with their work. We had inches of water from the bathroom flowing into the dining area and soaking the rug in front of the bathroom door. Not only did they find the original issue, the water heater needed to be replaced, but found TWO other issues that caused the majority of the damage! A hole in the main pipe from the shower and a cracked toilet that was just newly installed! AKA it was dropped! We just had them come back to finish the unit above work from our still open bathroom ceiling that could not be closed due to moisture! We now have to do a referb of our bathroom. So we may have them do our work. Update: They came back 2 weeks later and completed the job on the upper unit. No leaks since! Great work guys!

I knew my ins co would pay for it as it was related to the fire incident and not having had water running through the pipes for a long time. If I had been responsible for the invoice, I would've freaked out. That's why I knocked off a star. So yes, they are good, reliable and guarantee their work (the guy came back a week later to fix it again at no charge - not his fault, it was bound to happen due to the severe clogging) BUT they are super expensive.
