I joined an Art Masterclass mosaic session with friends, and while it was a fun outing overall, I left feeling like the experience didn't quite match the price tag.

The Turkish delight and tea were a nice touch, very good, in fact, but they didn't arrive until nearly the end of the session, which felt oddly timed. On top of that, the project itself is more than you can realistically finish in the allotted time, so you end up taking it home to complete.
I'm glad I did it once because I got to share the experience with friends, but next time we'll probably just buy the supplies and figure it out ourselves. Three stars for the fun company, tasty treats, and the idea, but with more instruction and less sales pitch, it could have been so much better read more
