What happens is there's a lot of people in this area that have second homes here and they routinely refurnish them and then put all of last year's furniture on consignment which results in barely used furniture going for 70-80-90 percent off. Also when people pass away (this is an internationally famous retirement community) and the kids are in New York they call and say sell everything as fast as you can...
