A thin piece of glass fell of from one edge which to me looks like issue with the edge polishing process which weakened it ..owner is opinion that it happened due to impact while we had handled all shelves very carefully and didn't hit anything. This happening to tempred glass is something I dont expect so taking 2nd opinion. Will update my review and rating based on outcome. The glass shelves are actually made by " Dallas Flat Glass Distributors". I got custom sized glass shelves for a built in entertainment center. Their prices were nearly 1/4 of some other quotes I received for same specs. The shelves were ready within few days of ordering. Would do more business in future for all our glass needs.

Of the 4 companies we talked with Charlie with CK Glass was the most knowledgeable and his actual bid was one of the best. One company just sent me an email that had about 3 sentences telling me how much it would cost. Once we hired CK I don't remember how long the wait was but it wasn't that long. The crew that came where very conscientious, cleaned up and did an awesome job. We love our windows and highly reccomend CK Glass.

Another bonus is that the shades can be operated using WiFi on our smart phones! I recommend Cool Screens of Texas with 100% confidence because of their quality of materials, workmanship and their great customer service. Thank you!

Of the 3 that actually showed up I decided to go with Affordable Glass. The salesman/owner Zach was the most professional of all the companies and he took the time to go over options with me and explain how they install. Even sketched it all out on a diagram to provide me with a visual aid. I decided to go with Affordable Glass for my project and I am very glad I did. They had very competitive price and communicated clearly with me throughout the whole process. They installed the glass on the date and time I requested as well and went over care And maintenance with me. When installing there was one bracket missing from the kit and the installer David promised he would be back on Monday to complete. Which he did they called me early Monday to again schedule a time to come back out and install the last remaining bracket. I will refer this company to anybody that I know is looking at doing a project like this. I think some of these other reviews that were negative on here were likely from customers that had sticks up their butts and embellished on how the process went. Good price Good communication Great staff.

I want to preface this review by saying I really like these guys. They are friendly and honest. My…read morereview of 2-stars is due to the lack of professionalism and accountability. I had a significant job and was told the glass for my doors would be in within 5-7 business days. Almost 6 weeks later the job was finally completed. Long story short-they made significant errors in measurement and cuts. Additionally I had installers leave tools and caulking guns on my carpet when they easily could have put them on the tile. No effort was made to ensure they didn't dirty the carpet, i.e....no drop cloths, etc. in fact, I had an installer show up in flip flops. Not professional or safe at all!!! These guys are working with heavy glass-flip flops are not only gross, but dangerous. Imagine a cut foot bleeding in your home! I want to like these guys, but unfortunately a lack of professionalism makes this outfit look like a Mickey Mouse business. Just being honest. I am in the construction business and was hoping these guys may do future work for me....won't be happening.

He said to "give him a call" if we ever had any issues. We ended up having a cord break and I gave him a call to get it fixed. He told me that they really are not "guaranteed for life". However, he did offer to sell me another blind "at his cost" but said that I would have to install it as he "was not making any money" on the replacement.
