When I pointed out that the strike protection was incomplete (only partial coverage, leaving sections of the glass edges exposed and at risk), they informed me that finishing the job--installing the rest of the strike seals--would cost an additional $395. This was never mentioned upfront, and it feels like the original quote didn't include a complete, safe installation. The strikes aren't just cosmetic; they're essential for protecting the glass and ensuring a proper seal. Already, we sustained a cut from the glass door and the strike material falls off. I had to reglue it so what little is on doesn't fall off. Shoddy work. I've been left with an unfinished shower that I'm afraid to use normally until it's fixed.
