The worst part, they tried to sell me a cheap Brother machine and wanted to give me to trade in my machine (which sews perfectly), plus give me next to nothing for my very expensive machine stating I wouldn't be able to get parts for it in the future. SEW YEAH that purchased SCRAP APPLE from Shirley's estate has ruined the reputation of the name! The Sew Yeah owners DO NOT support the quilting community in St. George!!!! When you walk thru their doors you are NOT welcomed into the store or most times even acknowledged you are there! The store does not inspire you with projects that can be made with their beautiful fabrics. You feel like you are walking into a library that has fabric instead of books! Shirley's hospitality and support of the quilting community in St. George is GREATLY missed. Sew Yeah should actually change the Scrap Apple name and not completely ruin the image and reputation that was so lovingly created by the original owner.

They stood next to me the whole time. I asked one woman if they carried a certain foot, she went off " looking for more information". After 15 minutes she came back to the counter and started folding fabric again. She was the only worker that would speak to me. I had money to spend but I guess having children with you means 'do not help'. At that point I left. Walking out my 5 year old asked, ' we aren't buying anything?' I said 'not now', loud enough for the two ladies behind the desk to hear me. I didn't want to drive to Las Vegas but it is looking like that will be the plan. I needed a vinyl banner within 3 days for an event that I decided to participate in at the last…read moreminute. I scoured, researched and contacted more than 10 online and local resources for someone who could do this for me and stay within my budget. No one tried to work with me on pricing or even suggestions. I needed something quick. When I called Turnbow signs, Linda was a breath of fresh air. She listened to my needs. Then she went above and beyond to service me within my limited budget to create something that would be comparable to a vinyl banner. She suggested a few vinyl workarounds. She said they were unable to print on white vinyl for me for the size I needed in a few days due to a women's convention that weekend. So she suggested a colored vinyl with laminate which would change the design scheme slightly but keep me under budget. Yet, she surprised me when I picked it up and gave me an exceptional laminated banner with quality grommets using my exact design, colors and sizing dimensions and said she felt bad she couldn't provide the exact vinyl due to the convention. I couldn't believe it. It looked amazing! My banner could still roll up, will hold up for future events and looks exceptional. Linda was patient, warm and gave exceptional service. To top off the service, she had the banner ready for me in less than 24 hours (plenty of time before the event) with no rush fees. I couldn't believe the level of service and turnaround time, as I saw for myself the workload they were putting out for that weekend. No one was willing to do this for me in this time frame for under $100 or even offer any kind of workaround. Turnbow did this for me at a 1/3 of the cost! Linda and Turnbow offer a service level that is rare in today's times. You better believe I will be back for all my future signage needs and will be bringing my husband and sister there for their business sign printing needs, as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend Turnbow for quality service and quality printing!!!
