They never lost their patience with me when I kept asking them to rearrange my furniture at the new place. Also, my couch was too big to fit up the elevator, and instead of giving up, they strapped it up and hoisted it off the ground and through my balcony door. So incredible!! 5 stars and I absolutely recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with Jonny and his team at Fast Demand Moving Services. I reached out…read moreto several movers (about 7 total), and Jonny was not only the quickest to respond, but also offered the most competitive pricing. This wasn't an easy job either. They helped me move a very heavy washer/dryer combo (300+ lbs) and a massive 10-foot couch. Both items could've easily been a nightmare, but Jonny and his helper, Mathew, handled everything smoothly and professionally. Mathew especially deserves a shoutout--super professional, easy to work with, and honestly impressively strong given his build. You can tell these guys know exactly what they're doing and take pride in their work. I know they mainly service the upper San Gabriel Valley area, so I feel lucky they were able to take on my move. If you're looking for reliable, responsive, and competitively priced movers, I'd highly recommend Jonny and his team. Appreciate these guys!

Unfortunately, this move cost us about $900 after the service and tip, and I do not feel it was…read moreworth what we paid. The move took around five hours, and once we unpacked, we found several items damaged or missing parts. Our rotating bookshelf had a broken bottom and missing screws, making it not repairable. A rolling side table is missing two of its four wheels. The protective corner bumper covers were damaged, and other furniture had new scuff marks and damage. Altogether, it is a few hundred dollars' worth of damage. The owner was personally nice, and I understand moving is physically demanding work, especially on a hot day. Which is why I felt so bad... we also made sure to bring the crew cold energy drinks because we know it's hot out and it's tiring to move. However, at this price point, I expected much more care in handling our belongings. The other movers were not rude, but they were not especially communicative or careful either. I appreciate that they got us moved, but this was not a smooth experience and the damage we found afterward was extremely disappointing. Based on the cost, time involved, and condition of our belongings, I would not use this company again or recommend it to others.

They never complained and kept pushing through. Jose was great at communicating too. And they ask questions instead of assuming, which I appreciate a lot. I just wish the scheduling person was as communicative as Jose. The scheduling experience was not great - the person on the phone kept mishearing me. I clearly told them my house has 2 bedrooms and a bonus room, but in reality they only planned for moving 1 bedroom, resulting in understaffing, which made me ended up paying more because of the long hours and overtime. The scheduling person didn't even get my name right...the scheduling experience was pretty bad. But the actual moving experience was good.
