We discovered S&H online through their 800-Get-a-Rug site. I absolutely love that they display a great portion of their merchandise online, with excellent, true-to-life photos, exact measurements, and prices. After perusing their website we were able to pinpoint one particular rug that looked like a great choice for our needs and they kindly had it waiting for us when we came to the showroom to look around. Lo and behold, the rug was exactly as pictured and even though we looked at some other styles during our visit, we ultimately wound up purchasing the rug we'd seen online. You can also order online but we wanted to see the various options in person. The managers are lovely to work with and very knowledgeable. It's a nice touch that they bring you hot tea when you first arrive. Appointments are strongly suggested so they can focus on each customer individually. At this place all you get is a paycheck , the insurance is Cobra which is really expensive. No paid sick days even though its the law, no paid vacation days, even though the office gets them. It is like you work in two different companies and that's how the office manger wants it. Like its us against them.
