Phenomenal experience. Traveled from Hawaii to find the greatest selection imaginable. We were searching for an oversized ("Palace Size") oriental rug and they rolled out more than a dozen for us to examine. We were treated like buyers from a major furniture chain, and competitive pricing to match. We purchased our dream (18' x 27') hand-made rug and it was shipped (truck-ship-barge-truck) to our home in Kauai. Flawless service, ask for Patrick, he made it all possible. read more

I have to buy a rug and I'm the type that will search everywhere, including online, and Bokara is one place I looked. It was a great experience. It is a warehouse, and as the manager (I think) said to me and then said to others the multiple times I visited, "be ready to be wowed." The place is enormous and they have extensive choices. The people you deal with are knowledgeable and patient. I'm giving it the highest recommendation I can give for product, price, selection and human interaction. It is worth the drive and effort to find it in the Secaucus outlet area. read more

Had the most amazing retail experience when I came it NJ to buy a rug for my home. First, the warehouse is huge and I was able to chose from all these different styles and colors. When I figured out that I wanted a trendy rug with traditional elements, they were happy to pull a wide selection of rugs. The most annoying part of my shopping experience was only choosing 1 rug, they were all so beautiful. Definitely would recommend shopping here for a high quality rug read more

Walked into the showroom and immediately thought "how will We ever choose a rug in this football field warehouse". Patrick solved that problem right away. Described the style and size and he knew exactly where rugs we would like were. By listening to us say what we liked and what we didn't for each rug shown he narrowed the sea of rugs to the exact rug we wanted. We couldn't have done better if we had the rug made for us. Perfect and priced half of what we would have paid at ABC or any other store. Go there trust Patrick. You too will be a devotee. read more

This place is unbelievable. The selection is unmatched and that is an understatement. The warehouse looks like the final scene of Raiders of the Lost Ark. They have over 100,000 rugs on site. If you can't find it there, you won't find it anywhere. The service was also exceptional. Patrick worked with us for quite a while before we found a rug that fit our needs and style. We were looking all over New Jersey for the perfect rug for our living room and Bokara was the answer! The warehouse is an amazing treasure trove of rugs. Our salesman, Akram was very patient and took the time to find out what we were looking for and he showed many rugs in different price ranges. The warehouse is something to behold, Akram told us that Bokara has over 80,000 rugs in stock. After we had narrowed our choice down to 3 rugs, Akram had the rugs opened fully in their well-lighted showroom and we made our final selection. Padding of the highest quality was custom sized for our rug. Akram assured us that our rug would be sold elsewhere for nearly double the price we paid and after returned home and opened our beautiful new rug I found a similar rug online for nearly double the price we paid! Akram is a man of his word. If you are looking for a high quality rug of exquisite design, make sure Bokara is your last stop. read more
