He was very responsive and professional throughout the process. He performed a smoke test on my vehicle and was able to locate a small leak near my purge valve. Within the same week, he was able to come directly to my place of employment and repair my car right in the parking lot, even working out in the hot sun! I really appreciate the convenience of having a mobile mechanic who is willing to come to you and work around your schedule. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free, and I'm grateful for his time and hard work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient mobile mechanic!

The first thing that won me over was the person who answered the phone when I called to get a little info. He was cordial, informative answering my questions, patient and friendly. Good customer service over the phone is huge to me. So that brought me in. When I arrive, I was greeted with a friendly smile (yes, I could see him smiling underneath his mask) and a hello from Omar. Per my request, he kindly guided me into the spot where I needed to place my car & instructed me where to go to be helped inside. That was the 2nd home run. As a customer, I appreciate being appreciated and not herded in like cattle. At the desk, I was greeted by Manager George. George was tops. Very professional, he took care of me with proficiency and thoroughness. I'm one who asks many questions so I can be informed and also to be clear about what is being done. George explained everything, showed me my dirty filters (and yes, that was legit; I hadn't changed them since the Israelites crossed the Red Sea); he applied my coupon (check online just in case there's an offer) & then I took a seat to wait the 20 minutes he mentioned. However, they were done even faster. AND I loved the free car wash bit! YAAAAAY!!! THIS LOCATION WAS AWESOME & I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM!

A Breakdown That Turned Into a Wonderful Experience…read more If you're ever traveling through Corona, California, and find yourself in need of an honest, dependable auto repair shop, J's Garage should be at the top of your list. My family and I had spent a wonderful week at the beach and were driving home to Arizona when our van suddenly started overheating. We had already stopped at a gas station to check the fluids, so we knew this was something that needed to be repaired before we attempted the drive home, and since it was a Saturday afternoon, we started searching for a garage that was open. By chance, we chose J's Garage--and we could not have made a better choice. We pulled in around 10:00am and explained our situation to J. Even though he and his team already had a bay full of cars to work on, they immediately pulled our heavily loaded van into the shop and checked it out. They quickly discovered that the problem was the thermostat, gave us a very reasonable estimate, and told us they expected to have it finished by 1:30. We were thrilled, but honestly, had been preparing ourselves for the possibility that we might have to find a couple of hotel rooms for the weekend because most shops are closed on Sunday. There were five of us, including my 82-year-old mom, and we were all standing outside in the heat. J himself came out, brought extra chairs into the air-conditioned waiting room, and told us to make ourselves comfortable. There was a movie on for us to watch, and he even gave us recommendations for some great Mexican restaurants in the area. We were planning to take him up on that recommendation and grab lunch around noon--but we never got the chance! Jay and his team worked incredibly quickly. Our van was repaired, and we were back on the road by 11:30 am--only about an hour and a half after arriving! J and his lovely wife were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout the entire experience. The repair cost was extremely reasonable, the service was fast and professional, and they treated us like people rather than just another repair order. And, as an added bonus, we got to watch "Back to the Future" while we waited! A vehicle breakdown on a road trip--especially with a fully loaded van, five people, an elderly family member, and a long drive still ahead--could have turned into a complete nightmare. Instead, J's Garage turned it into the best breakdown experience we have ever had. Thank you, Jay, your wife, and your entire team, for taking such good care of our family when we were in a bind. Your kindness, honesty, reasonable prices, and incredibly fast service made all the difference.
