There is usually one lady in the office, Lavelle, she is not an expert on policies or information so you have to dig for responses from her as well. My husband has had to take the last 4 days off of work to deal with the dmv and has spent the last 3 days at the dmv waiting for them to email him and fax the documents to the dmv, which they still haven't done. They keep us on hold forever and no one seems to know what is going on, we have to repeat our issue every time we call and they always tell us they're sorry because their system is slow or they pulled up our other account even though we give them the correct policy. We are dealing with this due to this offices negligence. Not only is this costing us the dmv fees, 3 wasted days at the dmv but it has also cost us 4 days of pay and having his bosses upset with him. That vehicle belonged to someone else and they provided evidence of insurance for that vehicle that they had with another insurance provider during the same coverage period Mercury charged us for. We were not reimbursed and the Broker we've been loyal to, Crusberg & Decker, handled the matter with terrible customer service. That's not the way to treat a customer, especially a loyal customer.
