I wish I could give zero stars. Allstate is amazing, this office is the total opposite. First off I don't even think Daniel exists, and if he does he obviously does not care about how his office is run or his customers. We got a new car almost a year ago in December and I made all the necessary changes to our policy. I dealt with Claudia, Alex and mostly with Carmen. To my knowledge, from what I was told, everything had been taken care of and completed by Carmen. I have the emails to show this was all completed on 12.29.2021 with Carmen as well as her verbal guarantee everything was submitted correctly and all the proper changes had been made. Now 10 months later my husband and I found out NOTHING was submitted and none of the changes were made by this office. My husband has had to take the last 4 days off of work to deal with the dmv and has spent the last 3 days at the dmv waiting for them to email him and fax the documents to the dmv, which they still haven't done. They keep us on hold forever and no one seems to know what is going on, we have to repeat our issue every time we call and they always tell us they're sorry because their system is slow or they pulled up our other account even though we give them the correct policy. We are dealing with this due to this offices negligence. Not only is this costing us the dmv fees, 3 wasted days at the dmv but it has also cost us 4 days of pay and having his bosses upset with him. We depend on his income as we have a baby and he's the only one working right now. I definitely recommend Allstate but if you want quality customer service do not give this office your business. read more

My policy was giving to Daniel when my agent was not able to manage her portfolio. I never received an email, call or letter from the new agency until my data was sold to a 3rd party to be cross sold financial services, no thanks. I sent an email with my dissatisfaction with how the transfer of my policy was done and asked for the best way to terminate my policy so I would not incur additional costs, if I decided to leave. I then received a call from regional asking if they could help; my response was how hard is it for the new agent Daniel Fuentes to contact me? I asked them to provide me the information I requested and hung up. I had a strange feeling that something had happened to my policy, I called the call center a couple days later and they said my policy had been terminated- Wait what! I had been driving around without insurance for days and no one told me!!!! Rookie move. read more
