I was @ their El Monte office located on Durfee because I had a couple of questions, the agent Marisol asked if I had any other questions because she had to take "this call", personally, I thought that was very rude of her part - I grabbed my belongings without saying another word to her and left - I now refuse to pay that "brokerage" fee and help them stay in business - Do NOT make my same mistake, if you can, go directly through an insurance company without having to use their services, remember, Adriana's Insurance is a broker, you will end up paying that "broker" hidden fee!
