Quality work, quick, and pricing seemed reasonable. In regards to the air conditioning issue that caused a leak due to improper installation, crowne communities went radio silent on me after I notified them of the problem. Not sure why crowne communities would do something like that, and it was the second issue we had with water leaking through our roof due to their build quality. In summary RZ Drywall is great, crowne communities has not been.

I cannot express how highly I recommend Ryan for any drywall repairs. We needed popcorn removed and…read moreour ceilings re-textured and painted. Ryan came out to provide a quote very quickly. While walking through our house explaining his thoughts, we had mentioned that there was a room that had paneling that we eventually wanted to get removed and re-textured. Ryan offered to do a "float" wall over the paneling at a low cost, saving us both time and money down the road. It took Ryan about a week to complete his work (he had about 1200 square feet of popcorn to remove, plus the float wall in our house). All other contractors quoted 2-3 weeks for this kind of work, and at double his price. He even patched some areas along the walls in the house as he was competing his work. We did encounter a few hiccups along the way (some staining came through the ceilings and a few of the seams were rising on his float wall), but Ryan came back immediately to fix these, even though he had already moved onto another project. Overall, my boyfriend and I were beyond impressed with Ryan. His level of craftmanship exceeded our expectations, and he was quick and very professional. He also had excellent communication - at the end of each day he would let us know how it went or if he ran into any snags in his work. If you are looking to get any kind of drywall work done, give Ryan a call!

Ryan called me as soon as I requested for quote (which was very impressive) and he promised to call me back later this evening. So May be there is quality work possible but if communication and reliability is any indication, I will stay away from this business.

During the project, they discovered some very unsightly mold, cut it out, investigated it before contacting me because they didn't want to cause undue worry if it was not a big issue. I really appreciated this and the time Jason took to explain what he found (and that he completely removed the mold so crisis adverted!). Also, they took a few packages which were delivered to me and put them in my garage which was very thoughtful. They even textured an area they weren't charging me for so that the look would be seamless. My final bill was identical to my estimate despite the mold and some additional patchwork which wasn't part of the estimate. I am so pleased with how the job turned out and would absolutely use DPS again!
