Bacon melt (half)

A great spot to have a drink and order a little appetizer or lunch. Unlike other wineries, you can sit with your group at a table with your wine, beer or food. It has a more relaxed and intimate feel, great for a date or to catch up with friends, rather than what you get in a traditional tasting room.

We were more than delighted by this vineyard. The staff (James) was very friendly and welcoming . The food was very good. We shared the cheese plate, chicken salad and pizza and all were delicious . The grounds were absolutely beautiful inside and out. The best part was the wine. The Cabernet Franc was the best. It was so wonderful here we went back twice and included this vineyard into our vacation plans as we are from Las Vegas. Plus, this is family friendly so our son enjoyed Ian the dog very much. Ian is a very good boy and very friendly.

This has become my favorite winery on the Niagara Wine Trail. I am a dry red drinker, and they have some great choices. On my visit this past weekend, I was there for a private class & wine tasting on their blended wines, a benefit of their monthly case club. The class was given my Duncan, one of the owners. Interesting class and interesting guy. The winery was opened 20 years ago by Duncan and his wife Robin. Family owned and run. Not only do they have good wine but also good food. This visit I ordered the Hansel sandwich. Thuringer, smoked gouda, and beer mustard on a crunchy baked baguette. I actually never had thuringer before, but it won't be the last. Warm welcoming place with great wine, yummy food, and beautiful views. This all made for a nice break on a rainy afternoon. 2024-16

First time back in 7 years and a lot has changed since then. Their new tasting room is gorgeous, with a mix of indoor and outdoor seating. Some of the indoor seating overlooks their vineyard. Wine tastings include 4 pours and run from $9-$13 depending on which flight you choose. There's also a food menu, and we enjoyed a cheese plate (with meat), which came with 4 cheeses, 3 types of meats, and crackers - all which complimented the Standard flight well. Service here was great too, as well as the friendly dog. Additionally, I appreciated that they had 5 gender neutral and clean bathrooms. I would love to come here again soon.

Astounding Place ! While we were in the Area we were looking for a place to explore and this Vineyard was one of them. We decided to give a try and we weren't disappointed. The place is fabulous ! Big parking lot with a beautiful view. Since you go in you feel this warming welcome from the staff and even the visitants. There is 2 floors but the second floor is only for members, if you live near the place being a member here is a must. First you need to get a wine flight so you can taste a variety of wines. I really recommended the house wine, is sweet and very tasteful. We ordered 2 wine flights , one only red and the other had 2 white and 2 red wines. We had the place for ourselves, maybe 2 tables more. We came here early because we wanted to have a quietly vibe. You can seat anywhere you like , we choose near the window. The staff is amazing helpful and extremely pleasant. The wines were really good, we bought 2 bottles to go. The decoration of this place is elegant and romantic , you can feel the coziness in every corner. We spotted 2 beautiful dogs playing with balls, they were saying hello to the customers while they were playing hide and seeking with each other. Dogs bring a peaceful ambience in every place they are, is very enjoyable seeing them playing with their angel innocence. The place is extremely clean , the bathrooms are spotless. Definitely a must !!! extremely recommended !

Stopped I here with my pup after an afternoon hike. Dog friendly, good wine, beautiful view. There was a dog there that I'm guessing belongs to the owner. He was super sweet and got Along great with my fur baby. Service was great as well. The girl at the bar was super friendly and helpful/knowledgeable with the wines I would prefer in my flight. I will definitely go back. It was

What a great place to stop & chill if you're just enjoying a leisure weekend. My husband & I were only in town for 1 night, and we decided to make 1 winery stop, landed here. I was able to pick own tasting, & it was no masks but still self service tasting, which is perfectly fine. The indoors is a really nice space, & there's a sweet dog named Ian who my husband played ball with was so sweet. As for the wine I enjoyed the Reisling but the real winner was the Red Meritage, sooooo delicious, I had a glass & enjoyed the surroundings. Nice place

Had a nice drive to Lockport from buffalo NY! Make sure you slow down on the highway for the entrance or you will pass it and need to turn around. It's not that the entrance is hard to miss, it's the highway coming down a hill that makes you want to roll with the fast flow of traffic. Upon entering was greeted immediately, the hostess was very kind and knowledgeable, with the exception of not knowing the alcohol content on the wines. Understandably, when it's good you just drink it! I'm a dry drinker and hubby a sweet drinker (really he'd just prefer a beer) anyway we shared a flight and enjoyed the beautiful quiet atmosphere. Now onto the next winery!

I attended a u-pick lavender event at nearby Kinloch Farmsteads, and they recommended stopping at several local wineries while in the area -- I'm so glad they did! Arrowhead Spring Vineyards is a GORGEOUS winery with delicious wines -- especially their crisp, mineral-y white wines -- unusual in this region of Rieslings. Try their Traminette, for sure -- but why not get a flight of whites to enjoy, while overlooking their vineyards from their back deck? The inside tasting room area is also handsomely designed and cozy. All around, a win! Glad I've discovered Arrowhead Spring Vineyards -- we'll be back!

This winery is for the lovers of dry wines. I enjoy a good cabernet or zin but these were just not to my liking. The person who presented the tasing options was not very welcoming and seemed kind of bored. The young lady helping him was very nice. However the venue was beautiful and the four legged host, Ian was adorable.

This was by far the nicest winery we have been to on the Niagara Wine Trail; I wanted to give it 5 stars however the high cost of the products / food is too great to be able to do so. I understand there is high overhead to contend with, but the prices here far outpaced all of the other wineries we have been too locally, and for food it was simply to worth it. The Blackbird hard cider that other places charge $4-5 for is $8 here. The cheese platter is $17 and you don't get much, should you opt for the additional meet for the $5 up charge they give you pre-sliced pepperoni that you could pick up at a grocery store. I was definitely disappointed on that front. I didn't have a sandwich, wrap or pizza but those seemed to be high quality though the same high price. On the wine front I selected two bottles of Syrah and went to check out, much to my surprise my total came to $86. This was almost double the most expensive bottle of wine we had seen that day, and this was our third stop. I have no doubt the wine will be good, but is it $86 good, when I could have gotten several other options elsewhere for $20-25? Only time will tell. The costs aside, this is a stunning property and one that clearly is taken extremely good care of. Inside and out, you could tell great attention was placed on the small details to make a warm and inviting space. Not to mention there was two lovely dogs outside very happy to get petted and keep visitors happy. I would come back, but would be very mindful of my spending and what I was selecting.

Beautiful Winery and they were very kind. We didn't love any of their wine they were just ok. They had some cute gifts aside from the wine. We purchased some unique gifts to bring back home. They had enough space to spread out and social distance. We enjoyed some girl talk and the Vineyard was the perfect back drop. They had seating inside and out. If someone really wanted to go I'd join them and have a glass of Reisling.

Arrowhead Christmas!

This is the most beautiful dry red winery on the Niagara Wine trail. Small, family-owned and operated. Just opened a new tasting room that is so comfy and cozy you'd like to spend every weekend there. Along with many wines (my favorite is the Cab Franc), there's a great view, puzzles, books and rockers around a wood-burning stove. High ceilings and lots of wood décor. There's even a special loft specifically for Case Club members - of which I am of course! Never miss an opportunity to stop in.

Best dry wine selection on the Niagara Trail. Atmosphere is nothing exciting, but worth a stop for the wine selection.

Wine was OK. I'm more into the sweet wine and they had more of a selection of dry wines. Depends on your taste, otherwise a nice place!
