The biggest issue I had was that I was lied to. I confirmed a cleaning and X-ray exam with the caller. When I got to the office, they only did an X-ray and told me that I had to get a cleaning on some other day. The biggest issue with this was that they weren't available for cleaning for another whole month. The people there are friendly, the office is clean, and they've got free tea and coffee; that's about the only good about this.
