I needed the work to be done right away since I had a new washer being delivered the following day and because my faucets were so old and corroded, both the cold and hot water faucets ended up needing replacements. Brendan gave me 2 quotes which included a worst case scenario where they would have to cut through the drywall so I appreciated him for preparing me for the two possible scenarios. As it turned out, his guys showed me the issue where they had to cut through the drywall in order to remove the old faucets since the angle of the box made it difficult to remove them with a pipe wrench. In the end, they were able to replace both faucets, install a new box and even did a good job of putting the cut drywall pieces back on to so that the pipes would not be exposed. The guys were very courteous and professional and cleaned everything up once they were done. The price was comparable to other quotes I received but I chose Best Coast Plumbing because Brendan was so personable and went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. I will definitely call him again for any future plumbing work.

I then called Sherlock and that turned out to be a great decision, because they not only quickly found the leak (under the house), but also resolved the problem! I was able to get a quick next day appointment with Sherlock, Ron came out and I'm telling you he found the leak in record time, a true specialist! He then clearly explained some options for resolving the problem and mentioned their company also fixes leak issues. I decided to hire them again to stop the leak and do some pipe rerouting work. The second appointment was also quickly scheduled, and this time Ron brought his partner Amit for the resolution work.
