Arris' does Greek style pizza extremely well. Their sauce is very sweet and tasteful, and the crust is a perfect mix of airy and soft. I ordered a meat lovers pizza which was perfect and my girlfriend and I shared some fantastic toasted ravs, a Missouri staple. I balk a little at the price, but the service was unbeatable and the food was delicious! read more

Arris' Pizza - Toasted Beef Ravioli Hercules Pizza - Italian Near Me - Columbia, Missouri

Unexpected excellence in Columbia, Missouri. My daughter said greek/Italian/pizza and we were skeptical. But the food and service are excellent! They offer gluten free pizza crust and were very accommodating to my special order. Highly recommend giving this place a try! The spanikopita appetizer was a fave along with the staple T Ravs. read more

We've been getting around to trying all the different pizza places in town. I saw they had gyros here so I was super excited to try. We came in on a weekend at night, and the place was not very busy. The service was good overall. - Garlic cheese breadstick (4/5): So the breadstick was yummy but nothing special. But omg the sauce! That marinara was so amazingly delicious. Super savory, perfect flavor. I want to take that sauce home. - Gyro (4.5/5): so yummy! The gyro meat tasted fresh and seasoned well. Tzatziki sauce is amazing, perfect pairing of refreshing, creamy, delicious. Definitely recommend. Seasoned fries were yummy but not amazing - House pizza (3.5/5): this was good, just a bit salty for me. The were lots of toppings under the cheese, and everything was very tasty. Love the thin crust. We got a large and it was HUGE. read more

Arris' is where I go when I want my family to all sit down together, shut-up and eat. Arris' makes this possible with their incredible, traditional Greek food. I'm a father of two young boys and all the staff were so patient with us. Great family atmosphere! read more

We order out here a LOT and dine in on occasion. Our routine order is a large sausage pizza and a gyros. They are always good and always consistent. The gyros meat is generous as well. We have an in-law that loves the hamburger pizza. I am not fond of the hamburger topping but they go crazy for it. I reviewed this place like 6 years ago. Still a 4 star place for me. read more

Great atmosphere, service is generally really good. The pizza is amazing and affordable. Eat here at least once, it's good

Check out their Wednesday special on facebook to get 1/2 off your order. I don't think I'd pay full price for the pizza, but it was worth it for the special. The week we went was a bbq chicken, which was actually pretty good. Crust is incredibly thin. The dining room looked very empty when I was there, but there were a few people there waiting for takeout. read more

Great food and awesome service! Highly recommend this restaurant. Best wings in town.

We always enjoy our meals there. Love the summertime drink specials. Will return again. read more

Last night I got the calamari and the Alfredo, which came with a salad. Everything was really good! I enjoyed our bartender she was really joyful to be around. This was my second time coming here and I'm just as pleased as the first time I came in. They have a very warm and inviting environment! read more

The only reason I'm giving one star is because zero isn't an option. I can NOT believe the customer service I just received. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza through Mr. Delivery. The pizza gets here and it's just a plain ol cheese pizza. Sooooo we call and they blame Mr. Delivery that they messed up my pizza. I'm sorry Mr. Manager I am pretty sure your team made my pizza not Mr. Delivery, that costed $30 mind you. But instead my option was to bring in the wrong Pizza that they made wrong to show them it was wrong and they would refund me. I ordered delivery because I didn't want to leave the house and that's the option you give me. Wow. Really sucks because we really like your pizza. To bad when you have crappy customer service, last time we will be ordering from this location. read more

Arris' Pizza - Pretty sure that's just CHEESE - Italian Near Me - Columbia, Missouri

I door-dashed from Arris' and it was just fine. I got the Athena pizza and the Chicken pita. It was nothing extraordinary, just okay. I was expecting a lot more because it was fairly expensive; the 10 inch pizza was about $20 and the pita was about $13. Prices weren't inflated for ordering online like they sometimes are, it was the same price whether you did pickup or delivery. All in all, not impressed but not quite disappointed. read more

Food was absolutely amazing! I got the George's pizza last night and it was so good, I mean I enjoy pizza but this pizza is totally different from other places. A nice authentic taste. Then the service was really good, our server made sure all drinks was filled and our food arrived relatively fast. Then a manager approached our table and made sure we were enjoying our experience. The atmosphere of this restaurant was very family friendly. Then the Christmas decorations was very inviting as well! Strongly suggest this place for your family! read more

Great food! I met a group of ladies here on a Thursday evening. We were seated quickly and greeted promptly by our server. The server was kind and patient as we perused the menu. So much to choose from. Once we placed our order she checked on us frequently and before we knew it our food was delivered. It was hot and delicious. Seemed very authentic. At the end of dinner, I ordered the Baklava and man was it wonderful. The establishment was clean and the lighting was muted. It was quiet in there so you could have a conversation with all at the table. I would highly recommend this restaurant. read more

Many will say that the best pizza in Columbia is Shakespeare's, while it is good I actually prefer Arris Pizza over Shakespeare's. This would actually be my third time eating at an Arris Pizza, mostly I tend to make a stop when visiting the Lake of the Ozarks, however when in the mood for a pizza on a recent trip to Columbia I wanted a change of pace and decided to skip Shakespeare's and head to get my fill of a Hercules Pizza. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon with two friends we ordered two pizzas and proceeded to share them. We ordered a Hercules, which is served with seasoned ground beef, Canadian bacon, pepperoni, Greek sausage and breakfast bacon and served sliced into squares. Now what makes this a great pizza is that Arris's makes sure to get a large piece of sausage on each slice. The crust is thin, yet not cracker thin like some places, overall the pizza is great and very tasty. I highly recommend passing on Shakespeare's at least once to make a stop and try some of the great pizza being served up at Arris Pizza! read more

The food, service, and owner are all terrible! The food is not even average and what makes the food taste even worse, it the attitude of the owner, Thomas. He has an "I don't care" attitude and doesn't care if you don't come back. They don't make their mistakes right and why pay for poor service, food, and attitudes. read more

I enjoyed my high school years eating at arris pizza in Jefferson city. I was excited years ago to find out that there were arris pizza establishments in Columbia. I have tried continually throughout the years to eat at this traditional eatery. I can honestly say, I have never consumed at one restaurant that much poor quality food somewhere hoping each time it would be a surprise and taste well. No question, this is the worst pizza place in Columbia. read more

We stopped by Arris pizza because we wanted to try a new pizza spot! When we got there, there were only a couple patrons seated. But, it worked out for us because the waitress was stupendous and focused on us. We ordered a small pepperoni for the kids right away because they are kids and, well, they don't wait well. It came out in like 10 minutes. It was delicious and the kids devoured it! Our pizza, the Hercules plus mushrooms came out about 10 minutes later and it was so good. Piping hot and covered with delicious toppings. Definitly a place I will visit again! read more

Every single item we got here was fantastic! My roommate and I tried the bruschetta--freaking amazing. He got the spanakopita dinner--so creamy and cooked perfectly. I got the Gaea pizza (Hawaiian with some added garlic and blue cheese). And then we ended the meal with baklava. Everything tasted superb and I couldn't stop gushing about it! Good service and laminated menus that are easy to disinfect between customers read more

Pizza was great! Better than expected. I'm not a GrubHub fan but they delivered very well.

Should have tried the pizza. The service was ok. But was not asked if the food was good or if we needed anything else. My response would have been sincere. The food was pretty salty, partly cold, and poorly dished. Simply said, it was not a pleasant experience. read more

Before 2008, I would tell any person that this was a good place to eat, but I never usually ate their pizza. It never sat well with me and I didn't care for their sauce. I usually ordered from the menu. After 2008, I have tried to eat Arris' a few times. The prices got a lot higher and the quality dropped. Also, the last time I ate the final straw that broke the camel's back happened while I was using the ladies' room. Their man that does their housekeeping came in and opened the very rickety stall door on me. God, I was mortified and hurt. We reported the incident, but the manager would't do anything. To hell with them. I won't go there again! An recent update- I was told that in 2008 the grandson took over and changed a lot, hence the change in price and quality. They were rude with me and I will not go back. This town has better and cheaper pizza everywhere. read more

This is far and away the best pizza place in town! I've never had a problem with service nor have I ever waited an unreasonable amount of time for my order. I love the atmosphere and the people that work there are always eager to help. Best of all it's always very clean and well-maintained. They also have an amazing chef in the kitchen that makes a special entrée (not pizza) on the weekends. If you haven't tried it yet, you'll be glad if you do! read more

Pretty large inside which was surprising since it is in a strip mall. The employees are all very friendly and the service is prompt. We had a chicken BBQ pizza which was good - not stellar -but good. But you give it a try and let me know what ya think! read more

Arris Pizza turned out to be a pretty great experience. The food, service, and place were very enjoyable. I tried everything from the cheese pizza to cheese sticks to a chicken panini. The pizza was decent. It was a little too soft and could have use a little bit of broiling on top for the cheese. However, the flavor of the pizza wasn't bad at all. The cheese sticks were average cheese sticks. I had a the Grecian panini which was just amazing. It had some sun dried tomatoes in it complimented by a creamy pesto sauce and filled to the maxed with slices of chicken. I also had sweet potato fries which were perfect. Our server was on point too. She took time out to have a conversation with us. She also came by frequently to give refills or ask if we needed anything. Arris itself was just nice for any occasion. They had a huge bar area if you wanted to go out with your friends. Or if you were out with your family, they had giant booths and plenty of space for larger parties. There was cool chalkboard art listing any special deals or alcohol prices. read more

I have always enjoyed Arris' Pizza. The food is god and the service is usually good, until last night, January 16, 2022. Our group of seven went there for dinner on Sunday evening. I was the third one in the group to place my order. After a short while, the server brought out salads for those who were getting one, EXCEPT MINE! When the server finally came back around, I asked about my salad. He asked what kind. He brought it out. Then the food started arriving, EXCEPT MINE. When I asked about it, he said it would be a couple of minutes. A few minutes later, I asked again. He said my dinner was behind a Grub Hub order. How can the 3rd person of seven ordering be the only one placed behind the Grub Hub order? When the manager came by, I asked how my order got placed behind the Grub Hub order when everyone else in our group had their food. She went back to the kitchen and after a few minutes, came out with my food. At this point, everyone else was done eating so I had her box it up to take home. The manager offered to take $5.00 off my bill. A whole $5 after ruining the evening for all of us. Our topic of conversation around the table was about how badly I had been treated, not normal conversation. I imagine the server didn't get my order in. When he realized his error, he should have rushed mine to get it close to the others. This whole process was poorly handled by the server and especially the manager. It will be awhile before I return to Arris' read more

The pizza is worst I have ever had. Brought it home hoping it would be better the next day. Service is exceptionally slow. My husband could see in the kitchen and a woman was sitting on the food prep area with her entire body hanging in the food window talking to the cooks. During Covid....Really? Anytime it is wrong, but during Covid? read more

A group of us stopped in last Saturday to have dinner. Our friends had never eaten here but we're regulars. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. We always get the George's Special and of course it was delicious... crust was perfect and the toppings were fresh and ample. Our friends had a personal sized pizza and the gyro meal and they loved it. It was nice to take our friends to a new place that we love and see them enjoying it too. We also appreciated the extra efforts they were making due to the COVID virus. Kudos to Arris, a family favorite of ours. read more

Arris is a true icon in Jefferson City. The pizza is really friggin good when you want delicious greasy greek pizza! If you've never had a gyro salad, do yourself a favor and jump in. As good as that is, it's hard for me to order one knowing I'm missing out on the pizza when I do so. All of that said, the location in Columbia is simply not as good as the original, nor some of the other franchise locations I've visited. Service is spotty at times, and the restaurant itself simply doesn't feel as cozy or charming as the original. I'll still go for the lunch buffet, which is really a little expensive for what I eat, but is still good enough that I can bite the bullet and just enjoy it anyway. With some work on the service angle I would gladly add a star or two back in. Arris Pizza has never been priced like Little Caesars. If you want cheap, you have the wrong expectation. read more

Used to work here. They microwave their lasagna. It is frozen in a stoffers box. The pizza is okay but the local owner in columbia was a racist and a jerk. The food is okay but over priced. I would never suggest the columbia location. read more

Buffet is little disappointing compared to Jefferson City so don't have those expectations. I decided to have a lunch meeting here due to the fact I'm from Jefferson City and the buffer here is great. It was 1245 when I arrived, it's 130 now and there has been one fresh pizza put out. Cheese.... lovely. So the extras they have in Jeff this store doesn't have. No pasta salad, cottage cheese, raviolis etc.. the extras were salad, apple cobbler, fried green beans, mixed frozen vegetables (nasty) and something else that was not good. Sad to see this and disappointed I recommended this for lunch with my clients. I now understand why they weren't busy like Jefferson City is. read more

I enjoyed going to Arris every Tuesday night with my husband. We met a lot of great people there who eventually became the "Tuesday Night Group". Arris ruined that for me and they know why. Awesome pizza! They have very thin crust almost like a cracker. They are very earth friendly. There bathrooms are so energy efficient.

Atmosphere: This has to be by far the nicest place I have ever eaten a gyro. From the outside it looks like a typical strip mall eatery, but inside they have gone for a tasteful, contemporary decor. It was still casual enough to wear jeans, but I have to admit I would have felt a bit out of place in shorts and a t-shirt. Service: Service was fine, but nothing stood out as really beyond normal. Food: The Arris gyro meat will definitely bring me back for other visits. It was wonderfully tender and full of flavor. I had the gyro platter, which came fries and a side Greek salad. I had expected a tiny little salad, but what they served was good sized and very fresh. For $10.50 it ended up being a fair amount of food. My only food complaint was that they had a beer shortage that night, and I was unable to really get what I wanted from their normal tap offerings. ----- I had been to the Arris locaton on High Street in Jeff City a few times in the 90s and really do not remember it being this nice. Not sure if my memory is faulty, or if Arris is getting nicer. Either way, I am glad that we have this option in Columbia now. read more
