And still loves going to the dentist. Never had a cavity neither. Since bringing my son here and loving the place the Dentist's son has aged along with mine and they play sports out of the same place. I can add that this man truly cares about kids. He's one of the few dads you'll see bringing his kid for some extra practice or to have fun. It's that same kind of caring and compassion you will see when you go here. His people skills as well as dental are unsurpassed. As can be expected. All his dental hygienist are stellar as well. If I ever move I'll more than likely be driving my kid to Springfield every 6 months. It would be that hard to go somewhere else after experiencing this.

Over the years my wife and I have had a variety of dental work done at Parkcrest Dental Group, mostly with Dr. Jason Hall. We honestly have experienced no pain. The fixes moreover have lasted. Dr. Hall is straightforward about the work that needs to be done and accomplishes it with skill and finesse. Parkcrest is a smooth operation with competent technicians, cordial receptionists, and superb dentists. That this has been a successful dental practice for 50 years is no surprise. Today I was in for a couple of fillings and a cap. While I don't look forward to having my teeth worked on, this has been the best dental experience I've ever had.

We have used this practice for 2 of my younger kids. The first time was great, general check up,…read morex-rays, cleaning. They both needed dental work. After excessive "are you scared" questioning by the tech and staff the kids decided the dentist must have something to be scared of. Work needed to be done so we decided to go the route of sedation and scheduled that. Fast forward a few months and my daughter ends up with an abscess, risk of procedure, we get it. We called for the entire day and never got through or a call back, had to go to her PCP for treatment. The next day this office called us to schedule a visit a week later. We go in for the visit and get xrays, the tech this day was sweet, but did end up accidentally stabbing the xray plate into my daughters gum, she cried a little because it hurt but didn't get worked up. She was great through the visit, but they did not schedule the time for the extraction and questioned who would prescribe us antibiotics. They worked us in the next day for the extraction. They started in with the excessive "are you scared" questioning again (same dentist she saw the very first time) told her dad she was "very emotional and worked up the day before", remember the ouch with the xray? Had her on nitrous for about 10 minutes without monitoring, told her dad they "would have given us options for sedation at her appt the day before" (the only option given was the nitrous) then told us they don't recommend sedation more than 1 time in a year because it isn't safe. All the while my daughter is laying there on nitrous really confused why no work is being done. She is 9, even home now she has no idea why they didn't do anything today. While I appreciate the concern for her experience, we have to worry about the tooth abscessing again. They spent more time trying to convince her to be scared than treating her. So, if you need a fun place for a cleaning this is your spot. If you need any dental procedures done find a place with a team who won't encourage fear to avoid doing it.

I had never had a dentist so concerned with my comfort level. Literally every few minutes he asks; are you okay? Making sure you are feeling no pain whatsoever. When it was time to get more work done I specifically asked for him. But found he no longer was helping out at that office. So I quickly scheduled an appointment at his office. Upon my arrival I was truly impressed by the safe who "ALL" where extremely professional, and polite. The front, and rooms were very clean with a mellow Fung Shui feel. I received my cleaning from Lori, and later my numbing shots. And I can swear to you I never even felt a pinch! They treat you with the upmost respect no matter your dental condition. Dr. Papagayo has even taken time out of his busy schedule to talk to me on the phone, and squeeze me in when I'm worried about something. Never in my life have I had any doctor who cares for his patients this much. Dr Papagayo, and his staff's only concern is your happiness and comfort. I'm only sad I didn't find him sooner. Dr. Thomas Quinn has been our family dentist for several years now. We have never been treated with…read moreanything but the utmost respect, understanding and kindness by all of the staff over the years. From the front desk and office being cheerful, helpful and friendly to the assistants and hygienists who have always been thorough and kind to the awesome Dr. Quinn who has been kind, thorough, patient and understanding. They're great to my husband who has a very small palette and don't rush or pressure him with X-rays and such that can be difficult. I had a very bad experience as a small child that left me with severe dental anxiety and this office has always handled me with golden gloves when it comes to my care. Thanks to him and his wonderful staff I' I been able to stop needing nitrous for procedure and can feel relaxed. We go at least twice a year and due to my bad genetics I usually end up there several times a year and have never heard anyone working there be loud, rude, unkind or uncaring to anyone.
