The cashier - female and older - was with a customer. I waited patiently until the customer left. Then very politely said: Can I get some assistance please. She basically shouted at me: I NEED SOME TIME. I HAVE TO WORK ON AN ORDER and stomped off glaring at me all the while. I left the store and vowed never to return.! There was nobody else in the store. Why not attend to a customer about to drop $200 and do your paperwork later? I have never been so abused and treated so abominably in my life. Never was like this under previous management. Shocking attitude and zero customer service. Hence these terrible reviews. Sad.

I think they just didn't want to deal with anything not purchased from them. Next time I will get my balloons done elsewhere. Other staff were nice as I had asked about cake boxes (they didn't have any for over 10") and how the helium balloon tanks work. Prices similar to that of Party City. They did have almost everything you'd need for a party.

Brides beware... please have your colours picked out prior to visiting creative bag especially for ribbons. There's a huge selection and assortment of colours & sizes you honestly wouldn't know what to do. Single faced ribbons are mostly sold in 100 yards w/ diff sizes. Double faced ribbons need to be ordered in advance and it takes about 2-3 weeks for them to get it in. My first visit here lasted 1.5 hrs .. Time will fly by when you're at creative bag! :D Love it Other than ribbons (organza, satin, mixed, etc.), they have boxes (LOTS of sizes....cupcakes, cake, gift boxes & more), favours, tuelle, organza, flower girl baskets, ring pillow, bags... LOTS and lots of diff bags (plastic, paper... i can keep going...) I feel some of the prices aren't that frugal. But there are definitely some things worth checking out ! I ended up finding some things at the dollar store that I could have used instead...but at this store it was like 3 times the price. I should have gone to the dollar store first.
