Choosing Cook's Radon, was the easiest decision we have had to make in the multiple phases of a massive remodel / renovation on our new home (built 2002). The solution offered by Cook's Radon was thoughtfully geared toward what was best for our individual situation, safest, least intrusive, and also considered aesthetics, too, when it came to the exterior venting and motor location, and we genuinely appreciate that. Additionally, Cook's credentials and sophisticated test equipment gave them the edge. Before occupying the home, we monitored radon levels in our unfinished basement for several months with a quality detector that is able to store data long-term in graph form, and we previously saw averages in the 4-5 pCi/L range, with spikes as high as 8.0. Following the installation by Cook's, the graph numbers are like they fell off a table with averages under 1.5. Cook's knowledge, attention to detail, and friendly professionalism is head and shoulders above the other radon mitigation providers we considered. We'd gladly use Cook's Radon again with confidence, and recommend them highly. Kudos to Blake on the in-depth estimate and evaluation, and Kudos to Eli for leading on the fantastic install. They left the place spotless! Special thanks for patience & help with phone questions.

We were in the due diligence phase for our home and time was running out...she was kind enough to go on a Saturday to drop off the test and Blake picked it up after 48 hours. Truly--I mean, who does that for people nowadays? They were closed and that was not a work day, yet she made it happen! They then proceeded to write-up an estimate to repair, stuck to their pricing and Blake even called me while he was at the house to explain what he was doing during the installation. He did a great job at assessing the space and where it would go so that it was easy to access. He also called me after installation and tested it again to check the levels and they dropped significantly! All-in-all, they were true professionals with excellent communication, honest, quick to reply and answer any questions and just so kind and easy to work with, especially since I'm on the other end of the country! They were great at keeping me, my agent and the seller's agent all informed. I am so thankful our agent recommended them. Thank you Monique, Blake, and your entire team--y'all are awesome!

However, Neier from One Stop Restoration visited today, took full responsibility for his workers' lack of adherence to industry guidelines, and apologized profusely. He offered to leave equipment to eradicate spores in the entire house, oversee future work personally (or someone of his level), and send a third party to test the air for mold to ensure full abatement has been achieved. Where do I even begin? We wanted a Patio of our dreams, and I got several quotes from the leading…read morecompanies in the Greater Atlanta area because I wanted nothing but the best. Based on various factors including the unique design that was presented as well as outstanding reviews for Stoneage Stonescapes, we decided to hire them. And I am so thankful for that decision. Ours was a large project - a combination of several small projects including a gas Fire-pit, a large Water Feature, an Outdoor Kitchen complete with Grill, Refrigerator, Stove, etc, a Pergola with Swing, an expansive Landscape with hundreds of plants/trees, and a Fenced area for Raised Garden Beds. Hugh Dixon (Owner/Project Manager) was extremely detailed oriented and took pride in his work. Every detail was executed with precision and care, from the quality of the materials to the thoughtful layout. Even after a feature was completed, I would often see Hugh observing and changing something (that I saw no issues with) until he was satisfied. Hugh never cut corners and listened to all of our suggestions, even made last minute changes when we changed our mind on something. And the end result was simply spectacular. Our friends and neighbors say they had never seen such an expertly laid and meticulously installed flagstone patio. Hugh's team was extremely professional and punctual. When they would leave at the end of a hard work day, they would clean the entire area, wash as needed and will leave the work area spick and span. Some of the other companies I had gotten quotes from told me that I would need to hire additional companies/people - for example for sprinklers relocation, or for bringing a larger gas line for the fire pit (because I wanted a roaring fire), or for any carpentry work etc. Hugh's team did everything from A to Z for me, no additional help needed from anywhere else. Hugh had promised to wow me, and I must say he more than kept his promise. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are evident in every feature, and we're thrilled with how the entire project has turned out. First question anyone who sees my patio and landscape asks is who did I hire for my Patio Project and can they get the contact information of the company. Highly recommend StoneAge to anyone looking to transform their outdoor space!

Since a few weeks prior, we were searching for a company that could do a small job at a reasonable price; the design and installation in the front of the house of a stair handrail. There were no hassles or sales pressures. They offered an estimated price and time scheduled for the job in the spot and two days later sent a technician to the site to take measurements and be sure that everything will fit properly. Originally there was a time assessment of three weeks for installation, but in two they called and showed up with a beautiful, simple, well-constructed, and structurally solid handrails.
