I told her my name and appointment time and it seemed the appointment wasn't "recognized", but they escorted me to a room. The massage therapist who walked in seemed very frazzled and seemed scared to even touch/work on me! Made me feel very uncomfortable and was not worth the money (even if it is cheap compared to other massage businesses). Did not seem professional and therapist seemed not willing to work on me. However, in the notes of the appointment I put I would like the massage and facial appointments to be back to back. They did not read my message and called me on the day of the facial to ask where I was. I told them of the mistake and tried to reschedule, but their response was they could not help me and that I would be charged because the therapist was there. Though I recognize this was an issue with booking, their customer service is awful and the receptionist can't be bothered to help anyone.
