However, in the notes of the appointment I put I would like the massage and facial appointments to be back to back. They did not read my message and called me on the day of the facial to ask where I was. I told them of the mistake and tried to reschedule, but their response was they could not help me and that I would be charged because the therapist was there. Though I recognize this was an issue with booking, their customer service is awful and the receptionist can't be bothered to help anyone.
