After 4 years of engaging with great staff and customers at the place, an unfamiliar female staff member, presumably management, approached me with the following abrupt, unprecedented demand: "You've been here three or four hours. Don't do that." I had arrived at 11 am, and it was just before 1 pm when she approached me during my Zoom call. Two hours. Quite the rude surprise. The rest of the staff have been so kind and, for four years, have never complained about my patronage, even when I stay for a couple of hours chatting with locals or working on my computer. Let me offer the following admonition: If you're going to play Christian music, act like a Christian. If you're going to run a business, exhibit a modicum of consumer relations acumen. Don't spring arbitrary time limits out of the blue. Post a notice if you'd like, but rudely approaching customers you've never spoken to previously with unprecedented demands is not the way to elevate your reputation But perhaps this is just one mendacious bad apple, oblivious to the importance of civil discourse. If so, it may be time for the place to make some staff changes. -- A little leaven...

I go there enough now that I don't even have to order anymore, they know me and what I like by heart. The amazing thing about that is my order isn't simple and easy to remember. Two 24 oz decaf french vanilla iced coffees, one with just milk, and the other with extra cream and extra sugar. Light on the ice for both. And each and every visit, they get my order perfect! Since it is a 2 sided drive up coffee house, most of the time there might be a car or 2 ahead of you. Usually the wait is 5-10 minutes depending on the time of day, and how many employees are working. They sometimes alternate which side they serve, so that can take some time away also. But it's really no biggie. Experience: I am a 100% Aroma Joes fan now. Their coffees taste so much better than other coffee shops in the area. It tastes real, and doesn't have the faux flavor that some other large mass chains seem to have. They offer a wide variety of flavors, and styles which is perfect for those of us who want more than just your typical cookie cutter cup 'o joe! The price for the coffees is fairly average, the 24 oz I get I believe is around $2.25. Overall 5 stars. If you are in a area that has Aroma Joes, don't walk but run and get yourself a coffee! You won't regret it!

Every morning there is a line 3-5 deep on each side so I usually skip it cause I hate waiting and I barely get to work on time. Friday morning I ordered a perfect pumpkin latte and I told the pretty young lady that I don't like it sweet, just the pumpkin flavor. She absolutely nailed it. And her friendly smile really brightened my day and encourages me to be a repeat customer.

Aj's has a medium that's actually a medium, prices that make sense, and a bunch of flavors plane drinks that seals the deal. My favorite is a maple iced coffee it tastes like melted coffee ice cream, I ask for a little less cream and no sugar to make me pretend I'm being better about it. The hash browns are also way better than dunks I even suggested an edit on their app to help people scan when there's no signal by taking the QR timer away for the "scan only option" (because the timer and code won't work with no signal), and they updated and applied my suggested the next app update which was awesome to see. Not many people know they have an app to get points and free drinks and food all the time. When I was on the road ubering getting coffee every morning I racked up a free coffee or hash brown about every 1-1.5 weeks and sometimes saved the points and use them when my greedy family wanted something. Try them out if you haven't and download the app!

The rest of the girls are very nice and efficient but this employee has got to go.
