The kimchi here is one of the best side dish kimchis - it's so fresh and bright we asked for 2 refills and demolished it. The Ramyun is my personal favorite dish here, the broth is rich and flavorful and I finished every drop. My favorite part of the brisket cold soup was surprisingly the radishes which were thinly sliced, fresh, and almost sweet like an Asian pear. I added a soft-boiled egg and extra mushrooms. Aside from ramen, their chicken karagee is also very good -- crispy on the outside and flavorful on the inside. Even though I was full from the ramen, I still ended up having stuffing myself with the chicken karagee.
