It's the perfect home for one of my propagations, and people always ask about it! I also got a larger planter with built in drainage and drainage plate. I love the features on this one. The fully functional drainage combined with the modern style makes it one of my very favorite planters. As an added bonus, Foxtrot's owner (Luke) is an absolute delight to talk to. He clearly loves what he does, and that comes through in his work. He even said he could design custom pieces. I'll definitely be on the look out for his new designs, and I may have him customize something, too!

The top of the $400 dresser I bought was covered with a runner and on top of the runner was a…read moreselection of several large lamps for sale and several Knick Knack/tchotchke items for sale. Although I looked over the dresser, opened the drawers, etc., I did not move all the lamps and many assorted knick knacks. I then paid for the dresser and made arrangements to pick it up the following day. When I returned to pick it up, there was a VERY LARGE split in the wood, ALL the way across the entire top of the dresser and way too wide to repair by any method. This major damage had been covered by the runner, the lamps and the knick knacks. So . . . Usually, normally, sellers will be transparent about damage, flaws, chips, cracks etc., and then it's up to the buyer to move forward with the purchase or not. Because the damage was so extensive, I did not think the dresser could be transported without breaking completely in two. Because the damage was hidden/concealed, I felt deceived. I pointed this out to the staff, who launched into their "no refunds" spiel before I could even finish my sentence. I was rather abruptly offered to the "opportunity" to leave the dresser (and my $400) behind if I no longer wanted it. Still, I extend Kudos to Twice Is Nice for serving seniors in need!! Thank you to the volunteers who offer their time. Thank you to the folks who donate. If an item is damaged, you don't have to attach flashing lights or a neon sign, but it's not "nice" to cover it up, then pile it high with multiple heavy items making the damage almost impossible to detect until too late to make an informed purchase decision.

I initially ordered custom earring jackets based on a design quoted at approximately 6.5-7 carats total weight for $2,500, which I paid. After three weeks, I was told there was a "computer error," and the design was suddenly reduced to only 3 carats, yet the price remained the same. When I requested a refund due to this significant change, instead of resolving the issue fairly, I was offered an alternative design that was much more expensive (~$5,600) -- well beyond my stated budget. Upon insisting on a refund, I was informed that 20% would be deducted as a design fee, despite the fact that: * The error was on their side * I never approved the revised specifications * I clearly communicated my budget from the beginning Charging a substantial fee for a mistake that originated from the business is not acceptable. This experience reflects poor transparency, lack of accountability, and unfair business practices. I would not recommend purchasing. especially given the no-refund policy, too long to work on orders and no warranty on craftsmanship and lack of protection for the customer.

It's a small florist shop with friendly staff who greeted us and offered assistance with pre-made floral items in a small cooler to the right of the shop and a ton of gifts and knick-knacks inside. It has much more in the way of gift items than expected and a very large selection of skincare items from local Virginia Aromatics which are made in Orange. There was bug spray, lotion, soap, scrub, bath salts, chapstick, etc. All smelled wonderful. A cute shop with some nice items and the soaps are soft and luxurious.
