I only went in for a little bit(less than 8 minutes coz Hubby is hurrying me up. The staff are so friendly & helpful I saw sapodilla, mangoes, jujube, guavas, papayas, tamarind, and of course , mangoes right at the entrance. The prices are $$$ but what did you expect? It's not easy or quick to grow these amazing plants, trees-- otherwise we would all be doing it. I would love to visit when Hubby isn't hurrying me up

When we realized that and called her back she said she can't do anything about. Not even check with her employee or admit it's her employee mistake. She only wants to make sure she got her money . No loyalty no exception. This lady is a greedy person. Please don't go buy from her nursery. Giving good deals doesnt mean you can treat other poorly. In addition, she would hang up on you when you call to resolve the problem. What kind of business that has such poor customer service and problem solving skills. Hope you come on a good day otherwise she most lightly treat you like just another number.

I worked with them to get several dozen succulents for a baby shower and it was really easy to plan ahead of time. They've always been friendly. They have a good variety of succulents. I'd say not as much of a variety of indoor plants but what they do have is well priced.

Not long after planting, the tree didn't seem to be developing properly, so I stopped by looking for advice. The experience was disappointing. The employee helping me appeared visibly intoxicated in the middle of the day (someone I believe is connected to ownership, as I had met him during the purchase). He was unhelpful and dismissive, so I left without any real guidance. I continued trying to care for the tree, but within two months it died. When I returned to ask whether there was any warranty, replacement option, or even assistance toward purchasing a new tree, I was met by a rude employee who immediately became defensive, repeatedly emphasizing that they are a "family-owned business" while offering zero accountability or solutions. Instead, I was blamed for the tree dying, despite the fact that I had already come in previously asking for help. For a business that sells and installs expensive trees, I expected at least some level of customer service, support, or professionalism. Instead, I got poor advice, no accountability, and an overall hostile experience. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and would recommend others do the same. Update: After digging up the dead tree, it was obvious why it failed. The root ball was extremely tight and root-bound, likely from sitting too long in the nursery box. It only had two mature roots supporting it, and both had been cut during removal and installation. They also didn't use fresh soil when planting it, which gave it little chance to establish. I went to another family-owned nursery afterward, and the difference was clear--they stood behind their product and offered a one-year warranty.

It's a wholesale business so the lady who helped us Yesenia at first tried to let us know that. But the magic words were we were sent here by David from Cerritos. We found many lovely plants and grasses plus kangaroo paw plants. Bring cash and cover your car trunk or passenger sides with towels or plastic.

After noodling around the store for other cool stuff, I get this "Hey!" and low and behold he found 2 Cousin It plants for me! I was surprised and happy he found them! He went out of his way to look for this particular plant and let me know that they had them! I went home happy and just stoked that this kind of customer service STILL existed in this world! Bringing home this plant back to Northern California was truly something as I had someone who cared enough to make my inquiry happen!!!

To your left when you've parked is a section dedicated to more traditional species like junipers and Chinese Elm - there's a gate with cowbells. Inside the warehouse on the right, there are supplies (akadama soil, wire, figurines) and outside there are many decorative stones, fountains, etc. There's even a robust selection of desert bonsai, some of which even I had never seen before - and I grew up visiting Cactus Center in Rosemead. If you choose to walk a little further - and I'd recommend bringing a hat or wearing a sun shirt if you do - you'll see some older specimens and even pomegranate trees in the nursery. It's helpful to come knowing approximately what you are looking for; I was searching for a more tropical species, ficus ginseng (microcarpa), but they did not carry it. Some reviewers mentioned not seeing prices listed clearly, but I didn't find this to be an issue with younger stock (see my photo for cotoneaster). For the older trees, I completely understand why they would be individually priced because it takes years to shape and grow. The reason this isn't a 5-star review is, and here I concur with others, the manager/owner is NOT known for her customer service (or rather, lack thereof). This is a missed opportunity because you have the ideal environment to share your passion for a beautiful art form with the public. I wandered into the warehouse and not a word or greeting in 5 minutes! Now, I returned on a Tuesday to purchase soil mix (after procuring aforementioned ficus ginseng) and the ladies present were nicer and at least had some smiles and hellos to offer.

After taking time to pick two I liked I went back to pay for it. Before I started talking to the lady at the counter, a sweet older lady close by was already telling me 'thank you for coming' which I found so endearing. The lady at the counter was very informative telling me everything I need to care for the bonsai. She didn't try to upsell or push me into buying more things but I definitely still did because I was just so excited. Overall amazing experience! Helpful and knowledgeable staff on hand. Willing to give you a break on prices if buying larger quantities ( I have a major landscaping renovation underway). I asked if they deliver plants to my street which was literally on the same block and he said it was possible. This place is filled with plants and trees of all sizes. We came in looking for a tree and left with 18 plants and a free bag of compost. The man who works there was extremely helpful and knows his stuff. They only take cash, but there's a 7Eleven across the street with an ATM. The prices were pretty average and we still have tons of other things to get. They also deliver for large orders and larger trees! Come with an open mind because you will surely get plant/tree overload coming here!
