My husband has…read morebeen waiting for over a week for his vehicle to be serviced with the "word" of the owners son's that his vehicle was next in line. We have dropped it off 3 times being told this same claim by Ian's son. I swung by there today and still my husband's vehicle hasn't been touched. I was waiting for his vehicle to be repaired so that I could have them change my alternator. Needless to say I will not be taking my car to them. I'm assuming most of the good reviews they get are from people who know them and are getting to have their vehicle put ahead of others, like ours, since I have literally watched them put a police officers wife's car ahead of everyone else's repair. The only some what apology or recognition that we are being done wrong was that the son claimed his father keeps sending him other vehicles..... My husband has been waiting yet his Dad is sending him other vehicles to be put in front of his repairs? Absolutely unacceptable.

I pulled into this place today because I noticed something unusual. I saw no new cars or trucks! The portion of their parking lot that always displays their beautiful vehicles was almost bare. It was somewhat after normal business hours and I wasn't approached by anyone. At most car dealerships there is just about always somebody who will engage interested people. I see no sign that this place is anywhere near having problems other than not being able to get new vehicles in a timely fashion. Of course I recommend this place for a new car or truck! I hope that they are able to get some new inventory in because I like to look at the shiny, new pickup trucks and daydream about owning one !

He was more than willing to share his extensive knowledge if tires and how they are made, and the tricks to mounting and balancing them correctly. Hes my new tire guy! Everything they did was explained to me so I could understand it! These folks have been in business for long time! I'm not sure why I hadn't taken a car here before! The brake job was perfectly done and completed when they said it would be! The only problem I had was my wife had called them and got a quote of 140.00. The final price was 190.00 plus! I'm not sure what the issue was but I suppose it was the higher priced ceramic bakes. Still what I paid was well worth the money and I'm happy! I really liked the signage in the office area.
