I've had to replace my windscreen once in the 3 years (come May) that I have had my car, and now I got hit again by a huge rock from a Semi going WAYYY too fast in the LEFT lane, I was incensed! The fury is real folks, I get that trucks are trying to get our things and stuff to us in a timely fashion, that being said; the highway should not be a raceway! I digress..... So with this issue I now have a deep gouge in my windscreen, my particular one is very expensive due to cameras mounted in it, for safety reasons and such. SO we called Safelite! They came by but couldn't do anything due to the humidity last week but were back today. Chap was absolutely great!! He had charisma, knowledge, customer service skills that are unparalleled, and was so very careful in his work. Even when there was an issue with the payment process, he maintained his professionalism and calm under pressure!! We will definitely ask for Chap again, he fixed my windscreen so well! Had a tint job done on my new truck. Tint job was done fast and initially front small window wasn't cut right so had it redone. After sitting for couple days - the tint has bubbling on several windows. I notice front is lighter than back windows with 15% all around - not entirely sure what the issue is with that if its the glass on truck or different film was used. You guys are about an hour away - I know I could come back to get it re-done but I'd rather get a local guy to do it instead - it's a shame. I'd consider changing my review if you can make it right.
