Our replacement windows(11) and 5 patio doors( 2 over sized) was installed Oct 26, 2018. As of today 4-1-2019 they still are not done. Within 24 hours of the lst day a front window cracked and we were told that it was a stress fracture. We have 1 patio door that did not have a lock installed on it so it had to be remade. You can not open the patio doors because of what they have on the end of the frame it is some type of feather material,and and any animal can come in between that and the frame, they said that they have been tested and nothing will go through it, but this not true. They replaced a kitchen window and the from has a chip out of and its not like I can open the window because I am only 5'3", I can't even reach the top lock. There is a salesperson there that you do not want to meet with if you want to even consider them for your windows and doors. His name is Jered Schooss! He is pushy, arrogant, cocky -all the above! It's sad that they have people like that going out to represent them. If you hear he's coming your way ask for a different sales rep! What can I say nice about their customer service. NOTHING. They installed our three doors about 3 months ago. There was damage to the walls around the new doors. The install manager was here, and he promised they would repair the walls soon, well that was a month ago. left a message last week and he did not return my call. Recently one of the doors started to stick, so I called them and they sent there tech EJ to look at the problem. He was able to resolve the issue easily. He was very professional and informative. ZERO STARS I ordered a $3900 (fiberglass) door that still needed to be painted and have a peep hole installed. When I finally had the door installed after 12 weeks of waiting (covid, I understand), the execution was terrible. The surrounding border of the door is sloppy, the screws are uncovered, and they had to take off some of the cement from the outside of my house when they installed the door, which they never refinished or painted over. It almost looked like the bought the door at Home Depot, sent one of their men to install it, and then sent a painter. All so they could charge me 10 x's the amount... I had to make a separate appointment for them to send out a painter to paint my door, and he clearly didn't know what he was doing either because, although he was extremely polite and nice, he had never painted a door before. The sealing around the borders of the door still looks terrible. The wall looks sloppy inside. The paint marks are not clean. I would expect that for a simple fiberglass door the work would be SO MUCH BETTER. My door was installed last year but I am finally taking the time to write this review because this company truly sucks. Their workmanship is poor and their service is lousy. I am not a picky person but this was a really poor job and they should be embarrassed... saying you are "really backed up" every time I called is not a good excuse. ONE CLOWN SHORT OF A CIRCUS Installers were late every day. Instead of starting at 8:30 as promised, they would show up around 10 or 11:00 which meant my install dragged on for 6 days. That was the middle of May. Since then the President, Scheduling Mgr., and Service Mgr. have left the company. I cannot get the Service Dept. to return my call to schedule addressing issues so the project can be inspected and trim installed. Kitchen window does not open. On May 24, 2021 we contracted for a front door and side light window. We gave a 50% down payment for goods and services. We understand that there were supply chain issues. Our door/window were delivered and installation started on January 28, 2022, we also paid in full on that date. As of this date, March 24, 2022, in spite of repeated phone calls and promises from "Jay" the supervisor, the work has not been completed. Horrible customer service.... they also have horrible installation... i've been trying to get a warranty service done on a door that isn't even a year old and they keep bringing the wrong part... the same wrong part.. they also damaged several components during installation... they go through supervisors very frequently... no one calls you back when they're supposed to... once they get your money they forget about you... this has been my experience... it could've gotten several new contracts on my block but I did not recommend them to anyone else... buyer beware... read more

Like previous reviews they are not reliable, do not follow through. Ordered windows May 10, 2020 with a promise that they would be installed by July. Windows were never ordered as I checked on a permit because I also ordered shutters for 2 doors. The shutters were installed from All Shutters which were great. I finally got the windows installed and one was damaged, one was wrong. I have called them since Oct to see when the replacement windows were coming in. They are on order I was told. It was Jan so I called Custom Windows in Ocala to see where they were. I was told the windows were ordered in DEC!!!, not i August. Today is May 3rd. my permit has expired and the windows were inspected 2 needed to be reinspected because the inspector couldn't see the screws. I allowed them to have the inspection even though the new windows were not replaced. They replaced the windows in March and it is now May and my permit has expired. I called them on March 22,2021 when I received the notice that they had 1 month to complete the inspection. I called every week and they said they will take care of it. Permit has expired. Maybe Help me Howard is next. If you decide to use this company do not sign the complete form. I did not sign but the finance company calls me every week as they want to have the loan go through. 1st of all I'm pretty sure we were overcharged for our front door. Armorvue called the next day to say they made a mistake on the contract. Looks like originally we were charged for an upgraded door. The next day they called back to say they made an error on the "code" and I would have to sign a new contract with a different "code", but that the price wouldn't change. No one could explain to me the price difference between the two "codes." On day of installation they advise us that the man who came out to measure our door frame measured incorrectly. Our only option was to cut into our house to make the door fit. I told them take it back and order me the correct size. Well they demolished our old door when they removed it, so our only choice was to cut into the house. They left the inside/outside of our house a mess. Would not recommend. read more

I am not happy with the service. We agreed to install 6 windows and 3 were undersized. I had a gap on the top from an 1" to 1 1/2". So right now I only have 3 windows installed and the they have many devects. 4 days after the windows were installed I already have love bugs behind that screen of 1 of the three windows. What good are the screens if it can't even keep out mating love bugs? It does seem that the screens for the windows are undersized where they move from side to side to about a 3/8 inch play. I mentioned how sloppy the caulking was and the guy Eddie in charge of the project made light of it. Eddie even said what I paid for 6 windows wasn't a lot of money for 6 window job. I did research before and yes, I did fall in the middle range between low and high range of cost. Telling me that not all caulking jobs can be perfectly straight and he kept mentioning outside caulking when he knew I was talking about the inside caulking. The outside caulking job is trash also. I am no professional and I know I can do a better job at caulking than Eddie's nephew did. I am suppose to also have them install an impact sliding door but now I don't want them to and I don't know what I can or should do to make sure that the windows are the only thing they work on. read more

After 3 failed inspections and multiple calls and emails I am still waiting to wrap this up. No responses, high turnover in personnel and incompetent administrative staff. I am still waiting for the newest manager, Jimmie Jones, to call. I should have read the Better Business Bureau complaints before choosing this company! Multiple cases like mine and some much worse. I used the the location in Boca. UPDATE 5/22/2021: After 5 months of going back and forth with the "owner" Joe my doors finally passed inspection. I request a refund on the profit of the doors and Joe agreed. Now he is denying it...I have text messages from him agreeing to it. I didnt ask for anything more than the profit he made off the doors, not the windows. I had to chase Joe down for months for any answer. This has been a complete nightmare and Joe profited off of it. Doors were installed in JULY 2020....finally passed inspection May of 2021. I had my windows installed in July and I am STILL chasing them down to complete the project. The inspection by Palm Beach County failed...Its January 21 and I just had to make ANOTHER phone call looking for a resolution. Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Had to call again today after promised a phone call earlier in the week. My next call will be to an attorney. read more

If there was an option to leave zero stars I would have chosen that. I don't like leaving negative reviews but in this case I feel I must in order to warn potential customers. They do not honor their "lifetime limited warranty" I contracted with ArmorVue 5 yrs ago to install glass sliders on my patio. Expensive project. I should have researched more thoroughly. The job was done but in a very sloppy manner. Sometime later I notice the metal tracks showing a hard substance and I thought it might be mold. It was checked out. Not mold. It kept spreading and I called in several pros who had no idea what was causing it. Long story short; ArmorVue came to my home a number of times and just gave me lip service. I was told it was my cleaning solution causing the problem. Windex. Seriously?They sent a repairman who tried but couldn't fix the problem with caulk and paint. A manufacturer representative that they sent stated that it was Armor Vue's fault. I contacted a couple of attorneys but didn't want to spend more on legal fees than the cost to repair the job. I finally found another window company who did the repair beautifully for very little expense. ArmorVue could have and should have done this but they don't care about you if there are problems. Left work early for scheduled window replacement after "settling crack" in new installation. 1.5 hours later, I called to ask where the workers are and excuse maker said they missed their window to use daylight. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! we hired this Buisness over a year ago., in short with many hurdles along the way. their communication is awful. so unless you contact them, you will hear nothing at all. next, they did the project in stages verse all at once, due to not having all the materials.. between install 1 and install 2 was 3 months of a waiting period. another 3 weeks go by. "I call them" asking when is the final? I had a small balance of my deposit remaining that they required I pay in full prior to them calling for final inspection.. so I pay. inspection comes out- to our surprise the entire job failed.. it was said to me by inspector that all windows, sliders and doors needed to be removed and replaced properly.. not having enough screws, not having the impact window thicker bracket installed etc. I am still waiting for the to reconcile this issue.. it has been 3 weeks- I called after week 1. I was told by project manager that they are getting their engineer to write a letter so they dont have to remove anything. they are doing a half ass job, with no quality licensed sub contractors, and requiring your FULL payment prior to inspection. they know what they are doing... The salesmen (now the General Manager) is nothing but a cheap used car salesmen making promise's on the backs of Armorvue and doesn't deliver. My girlfriend and I hired Armorvue a year ago and we still haven't received FINISHED work! The original installation was botched and the installers walked away leaving the windows out of square (racked) where you couldn't even close them without applying body weight. After waiting several months they send someone to patch the hole in the screen the installers left and to see what's wrong with the installation. Even after he his inspection, I showed him with the windows slightly open that they're out of square, the installer acknowledged it but said, "We can fix it with a new sash..." I disagreed and said, "You need to get the installers back out here to re-install these windows..." needless to say it fell on deaf ears... Once again we wait several months again for the NEW sash, only for the installer to acknowledge again "the windows are out of square and they need to be re-installed..." Once again we wait several months again, before the company send installers out to re-install windows and to hopefully pass the city inspection. Fast forward to today May 5, 2019 installers/fixers come out to complete the job, only to find out that pieces DO NOT FIT and to "spray paint", yes you heard right "spray paint" some horizontal and vertical strips that the original installers/manufacture botched...
