Their lowest price is $1300 and their website claims you need to shell out nearly $2k just to achieve 60fps in Cyberpunk 2077, a feat a $600 computer can accomplish. Upon further inspection, their intel CPUs come standard on the problematic B660 chipset that is unable to deliver power properly to the CPU. There's not a Radeon or Arc GPU option in sight. They're charging $120 for Windows. The only good sight on their website is their choice of case, but even that is messed up because they're charging for the fans THAT COME BUILT INTO the case that they order.

I own a small business and when there is an issue I always will listen to the customer and try to work out a solution. The manger should of had the courtesy to come speak to me in person. DON'T USE QUICK CONNECT! The remote service didn't fix the problem, they just did a few…read morediagnostics (on a Wednesday, and I paid them more $250 for nothing) but they said that I got 30 minutes of free service if I'm still having problems within a 60 day time period. I called them and explained it still wasn't working and, after they contemplated the issue, decided it may be a clogged ink tube, and that I should bring it in rather than have them come to my house because of potential ink getting everywhere while repairing. So, I took it to their storefront on Thursday morning. They said it could take just 30 minutes or it could be longer, they would call. No call. Four hours later I call them and they said they were still working on it - I think this included a repeat of the work they did remotely. Friday, I called for an update and they said they ordered a print head so they could test to see if that was the problem. They would call me back the first part of next week. No news on Monday. Tuesday they called and said it was the print head and that the part and labor would be an additional $150. I told them to go ahead (my mistake?!) and I would pick it up that afternoon. I got there to pick it up at 3:45, reviewed the invoice... which said they installed a new print cartridge - which they didn't do (this printer doesn't even use cartridges!) They said they wiped down the chassis - it still had smudges all over it. They said they had wrapped it - it wasn't wrapped so I had to ask them to do that. I asked if they gave me the 30 minute credit mentioned above - kinda got the run around on that with them saying the repair took longer than that so there was still a charge.... I get that, but was I credited for the 30 minutes? still don't know. They were going to talk to the owner to see if this charge was correct, but I needed to be somewhere in 15 minutes so said I'd try to be back before they closed at 5:30. I returned at 5:15. It was ready for me. The invoice indicated $159.80 but imagine my surprise when my receipt showed $164.59 (they neglect to tell people there is a 3% credit card charge which doesn't show on the invoice!) So not I've spent $417.56 (ALMOST THE PRICE OF A NEW IDENTICAL PRINTER!!!). This all started because the black ink wasn't printing and the color ink was faded. At one point they told me the black print head was defective and could affect the colors printing - come to find out this printer has only one print head that does the black and colored inks combined. After I got home I realized they had altered the verbiage on the invoice - (probably to cover their "hinies"). THESE GUYS ARE "WANNA BE" COMPUTER NERDS WITHOUT ANY PEOPLE SKILLS!!! Their communications skills are pretty much non-existent and the customer service is lacking. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! EXTRA NOTE ----- The owner called me after reading this review. He initially tried to resolve the issue but was willing to give me a partial refund ONLY if I removed this review and/or gave him 5 stars. Bribery? I just wanted to tell of my experience and let others be the judge. He stated that I needed my computer fixed and they ultimately fixed it. Job done. Amar Tumeh the manager for the Lincoln south and Lincoln north stores decided to fire me because of…read moresomething I didn't do. He complained to me about the payment report being messed up even though I told him and Ashley the assistant manager about it being messed up multiple times. The real reason why it was always messed up was because of the new hire. he was always messing up on things every single day and he didn't know how to do anything. And he was supposed to be trained by amar. The new hire said many times that he didn't know what he was doing giving more proof that amar didnt give him the proper training that he needed to be left alone at the store by himself. And for every mistake he Made I got blamed for them. I made sure to call amar or ashley every time something was wrong and amar would come to the store to fix the problem and still blame me for it being messed up even after he fixed it. But amar was just looking for reasons to get me in trouble. There were times when a co-workers would sign into the wrong store when putting things into the payment report which messes it up amar knew about this and still blamed me for it being messed up. And the crazy part is the new hire knew amar since high school so I feel like for that exact reason he wasn't checking him on his mistakes and was only blaming me because they're friends. There have been many times when I asked him about my checks not being right and he would tell me that everything is how it's supposed to be. But then I figured out that there wasn't no overtime and that he would go onto my payclock and change my hours. My shift started at 2:00PM every day and before I knew that there wasn't overtime I would come in early like around 1:30PM and clock in around 1:33. But then I noticed on my payclock it showed that I clocked in around 1:40 and sometimes 1:50. and this was going on for a long time. So I wasn't even getting paid for the time that I was getting clocked in. And I wasn't the only one he was doing this too. he was doing it to other co-workers as well and thats when I know something was up. And there was one point in time where he would talk real crazy about Ashley the assistant manager almost causing her to quit her job. And when she figured out that he was talking crazy about her behind her back she called the regional manager and told him that she was putting her two weeks in. But then a few days later she magically got a pay raise so she didn't quit. Ashley told me a lot of things about amar and at first I thought she was just being rude about him but then I started seeing it for myself. every single thing she told me about him was true. I feel bad for anyone who has to work with amar because once he starts feeling some type of way about you he will try to find a reason to get you fired. Or he'll make you want to quit.
