Every other chiropractor told me you could just deal with the pain, but Dr. Megan said she could solve the root issues and prevent it from ever coming back. I was skeptical, but within the 1st month all of my pain went away. No more back pain in bed, no more neck pain, no more urge to crack my joints. After the 2nd set of x-rays were taken I could actually see the curves in my spin reducing the wrong places, and becoming healthier in the good places. Each visit she refused to crack everything that could move in the body, instead she was precise and explained why she does things her way and it really makes sense. She always evaluated prior to adjusting so that the few adjustments she did were exactly what I needed, and she never got it wrong. Within less than a year I saw huge improvements in my health, didn't get seasonal sicknesses, better posture, and a better understanding on health. However I asked if I could cancel at any time and was told yes at my sign up. When I last visited, I was reminded, unsolicited, that I needed to cancel before a certain date. So when I called before that date to cancel and was told I couldn't cancel until after another month, I was confused. I couldn't even cancel now and pay for the 2nd month. I have to call back after the 2nd pay date to cancel. This is not good practice or good customer service. When it comes to the actual chiropractic service, it's not great. Caused pain with the adjustment with one person. Two different people told me two different reasons for my pain. Neither could help the pain.
