My co-worker recommended Genesis after I told him about the numbness I was experiencing in my leg. When calling them up, they were very friendly and helpful in getting me an appointment within a week. The staff is incredibly friendly and my favorite part is they remember each and every patient and treat you with so much respect. During my initial appointment, they took x-rays of my spine as well as other electrical measurements. They found a pinched nerve and came up with a treatment plan and it has been great! Dr. Erik and Dr. Chase have done great work, and after my 6-week treatment plan was through, they re-took the electrical measurements and it has shown great improvement! They are great. I have noticed a definite improvement and feel much better overall. Very flexible and accommodating when it comes to schedule your visits as well as offering you different payment options. They greet you by name, take time to answer questions and do a good job on adjustments. As you get in better shape they add additional things such as exercises and stretches. I was sold during the very first visit during which there was no adjustment. Instead they took their time to gain a full understanding of my condition. They were very thorough, answered my questions, and performed multiple tests and x-rays. Based on all that they have compiled a report and used it to create a custom wellness plan. I use this report to measure improvement and effectiveness of the treatment by comparing results of first reports with the ones they generate during regularly scheduled progress exams. I had been looking for a new chiropractic office for a few months after my chiropractor left the business. I decided to try Genesis after reading many reviews online about their practices. On my first visit I did a x-ray & a thermal scan so the doctors could get a better idea of my trouble areas. I have to admit I was a little skeptical of the need to have the thermal scan done, but was amazed at the level of details that they could tell me about my medical history from the thermal scan & x-ray at my second appointment. It was at my second appointment that I got my first adjustment followed by 8 minutes on the roller table with ice packs. The treatment has always been very thorough & the doctors are always very attentive to every concern I have. Tomorrow I go in for my 12 appointment and the doctors will be redoing my thermal scan to see how my treatment is progressing. I can't believe it has been that long already! read more

I had been experiencing lower back pain and numbness in my leg for quite some time. I found out, by accident, that I had degenerative disc disease in my lower back. There were some mornings where I could hardly get out bed and stand upright. I knew pain pills were not the answer so I checked out the Yellow Pages and found Genesis. I am having a great experience with Genesis Chiropractic. At first, I was very nervous about getting chiropractic care since I had never received it before. However, Dr. Erik and Dr. Chase put my mind at ease. They are very professional and walk you through every step of the process. All of the staff members are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Erik is awesome. He can (and has) always explained everything to me and been able to answer all my questions. I originally found him at an event at the State Fair. I did not have any specific problems or complaints - I am generally a healthy person. However, I decided to go anyway. After the exam, I was astonished at the fact that I had almost no curvature in my neck. Each experience begins with a shoulder/neck massage from Dr. Eric's assistant while the Dr. finishes up with the patient prior to you. I first saw Dr. Erik because of a shoulder injury. I had hurt it several times before after doing heavy lifting and it had bothered me off and on for a long time. My girlfriend was seeing Dr. Erick at the time so I decided I would have him check it out. It turns out that there were several things wrong with my neck and back so he started treatment right away. I'm happy that I made the decision to start seeing a chiropractor again, the lower back pain was starting to get painful and I feel like I needed to get my posture corrected. What I really liked about this office is that they offer two different types of payments, cash or insurance. If you have a high deductible for insurance like I do, the cash payments are better because it doesn't cost as much and they also allow you to make monthly payments rather than paying each time you visit, if it wasn't for this, I can't say I would have followed through due to not being able to afford it. read more
