The ladies in the store were very helpful, professional, friendly, and accommodating. They had a wide range of clothing in all different sizes neatly arranged. I also loved the designer handbags plan to go back and maybe get me one or two to go with my collection They had furniture as well in the store, seemingly high-quality everything in the store was very nice quality. Further back in the store, they had a few items that may have been there a little long because they did have that old pungent smell. Which stands to reason that they might. They also had a counter where there was jewelry in the front and also in the back of the store. The prices I thought were very good. The skirts that I purchased were $19 so I'm very happy with that. They were very stylish. I've already worn two of them. I'm looking forward to going back. I live a little ways away, but I think it would be worth the drive. What I really liked about the store was that there was a variety of workers from young to middle age to more mature ladies, and a diversity of ladies and cultures that really impressed me. And thank goodness no one followed you around the store as though you wanted to kleptomaniac something that would have been just annoying.

As soon as I walked in, I was honestly overwhelmed by how many suits they had. I walked around for a bit trying to find someone to help me, but either the associates were busy with other customers or didn't acknowledge me. Eventually, I approached one associate, and after explaining what I was looking for, he was very helpful. He found my size, the color I wanted, and was informative throughout the process. I was also happy to find out they had a special. It was actually cheaper to buy the full suit than just the jacket alone. So I ended up getting a full suit for the price I originally planned to spend on just a jacket. The issue came with alterations. Since they offer tailoring services, I asked the associate to have the suit tailored to a slim fit. He told me the jacket was fine as is, and that only the pants needed hemming. I trusted his judgment since I'm not too familiar with how suits are supposed to fit. A week later, I picked up the suit, and I wasn't thrilled with how it looked. After trying it on again, I noticed the jacket felt too big. A different associate helped me this time and agreed it needed further tailoring. I had to pay an additional $56 to get it adjusted properly. Overall, K&G is a great place to find a suit at an affordable price, but be cautious with tailoring. Don't be afraid to speak up or ask for a second opinion to make sure you're getting the fit you really want.

She asked if I needed help, I explained I'm looking for a black book but I also have these feet that are hard to fit which is one of the reasons why I don't like to wear shoes (high arches wide foot narrow heal). BB picked up a black boot 8C Ariat Heritage Western R Toe with ATS technology (a little bit of cush in the sole)... the 8 was a little loose so we went with a 7.5 and my foot went right in snuggly just like a boot should, also knowing they will eventually stretch out a bit. It's a plain black boot which is totally fine, that really all I want or need. Looking at the price, it's the lowest price boot I have ever chose, seriously... OH, and it's on sale at 10% off this week??? I think we have a winner!!! I asked BB to write down the info for me. I usually discuss all my big purchases with my hubby first, as he does with me... it's a budget thing as well as showing respect for each other. He knows I have been looking for years, kind of sort of, off and on. And since the boots were $150 instead of an additional zero on the end, he was extremely happy. BB said she only works part time but I would be able to talk to anyone about ordering the boot. The one I tried on was saved for another customer. A few days later, I called and talked to Elsa. She was more than happy to order the boot at the sale price for me... said it would take about a week to get the boots in... Just in time for the rodeo... Yee Haw! Well, I called a week later and no boots... it took another week after that. No worries, my rodeo date hadn't passed yet. When I went to pick up my boots, I brought my hat to get cleaned since I noticed that they had a steamer there. The GM, Sam, was more than happy to accommodate me and clean it right then and there. I put my new boots on and walked out in them.... got to wear 'em to break 'em in! Thank you Sam, Elsa, BB... I LOVE my BOOTS!
