I had existing laminate. He said he could latch into it. He also said that he would replace one piece of cracked tile in my kitchen. Unfortunately there was a couple weeks delay because the laminate was shipped from Europe. So I wait. So they give me a call and tell me that they are ready to deliver to my house prior to the install. I think to get acclimated. So on Monday they start the work. I was to move all little things and they would move the big things because they didn't want to be liable. So I moved everything myself. I put things in my kitchen or on the existing laminate. As I'm looking through my indoor cameras. I see my cameras go blurry. I thought maybe it was a problem with wi fi. Then I figure it was them throwing plastic over it. So a couple of hours later. I see the camera angles are different. As if they moved them. Then an hour later. It's back in the original again. Again. I'm guessing they moved it back. As I'm at work and I can't watch the camera all the time. Then around 1pm. I try to watch the camera again and now it's off line. Which was strange because all other camera were on line. Fast forward. I get him and my camera is unplugged. This company is not trust worthy. Cameras in my house are set up for a reason. For untrustworthy people. This company is not untrustworthy but unprofessional. I went back through my cameras from earlier in the day prior to them unplugging them. I clearly see the men moving them and standing on a stool to do so. I called Sid. He said he was to call me back. Which I haven't received the call. The tile in my kitchen hasn't been replaced. The project manage said that as long as I had audio things should be good. Do not trust or hire this company. I'm telling any and everyone who listens. Now I have to think every day. Is something missing. When will I know. My cameras being unplugged and move is unacceptable in any scenario. I thought long and hard about leaving reviews. I've decided if this is their common practice. Beware.

In both situations, things started off well and seemed promising at first. Communication was good in the beginning, ideas were discussed, and it looked like the projects would move forward without issue. Unfortunately, in both cases, communication slowly became inconsistent and eventually almost nonexistent. Messages would go unanswered for weeks at a time, sometimes close to an entire month, with little to no updates. This left both people unsure of where things stood or whether their projects were even moving forward. What really surprised me was how the situations ended. After not hearing back for such long periods of time, both acquaintances decided to move on to other landscaping companies. The response they received was basically just "ok sounds great ." Honestly, it was frustrating because I was the one who recommended them based on the positive reputation they seem to have online. I understand delays happen and schedules get busy, but basic communication goes a long way. I truly hope others have a better experience, but after seeing this happen more than once, I personally will no longer be recommending this company to friends, social media community groups, or the large Clark County employee network I'm connected with.

The work amazing! The best part is that they were also able to other various repairs so I didn't have to coordinate other contractors. They replaced baseboards and repaired drywall among many other things. They went above and beyond to make sure the house looked brand new when we walked in.
