We were able to get what we wanted with only two footers; most others quoted 3-4 which really blocked the view from the sliding glass door. the color options were standard, and we were happy with the quality of metal. The final product was completed in 4-6 weeks with a combo full and half lattice. Beautiful patio cover that will provide us shade for years to come. Recently, the fabric was damaged due to extremely high winds. When I reached out to them again, what truly stood out was their responsiveness. Unlike many vendors who stop caring after the initial installation, Excellence Awning answered right away and came out promptly to assess the issue. They were honest, efficient, and solutions-oriented. Instead of pushing an unnecessary full replacement, they clearly explained my options, either replacing just one panel of the awning or choosing to replace the entire awning and recommended the most cost-effective solution. That level of transparency is rare. On top of that, they even helped fix a switch issue related to a GFI outlet while they were there, which went above and beyond what I expected. The gazebo was to match the house in style, finish and color (they even matched paint codes from the builder). Of course the HOA decided to stall the project for a few weeks - I guess that's their job or to justify their existence. Once they figured out the 4th version of paperwork was the same as the first and it REALLY WAS what they had asked for, Dave and crew hit the ground running. Start to finish it was a less than a month (including Thanksgiving weekend). They matched the house perfectly and we now had everything we could want! The gazebo had lights, a gas bib and they even added a ceiling fan for us. We are thinking of a cover for the balcony, so I know who we're calling when that time comes up!

We spoke with Kalian at Advantage based on the recommendation and we were immediately impressed with her knowledge and kindness. We met with Ken the following week and he walked the property with me making suggestions. Ken definitely has a great eye for landscaping. Matt was also great, helping us on a daily basis with the logistics and giving his opinion on how to make the area shine. His prices were within reason for the scope of the project (unlike the other company we had hired, whose project/contract price was almost 3 times the estimate of the project AFTER we paid the deposit). The final result was incredible, but what really stood out was the entire experience working with Advantage.
